An Honest Review of DIT University

Overall Rating
If you are unable to get a government college to pursue your further studies, DIT University is an option which you could consider. This university can also be best option for the people who want to enjoy their college life with the beauty of Uttarakhand. However, If you really want good exposure then the colleges at locations like Noida and Gurgaon could be a better option.
 

Academics Rating
Being a private university, the entry requirements are not that difficult. You can get admission by just pay the fee. The academics of this university are average and mostly like all the other universities in India.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculty of the university is pretty average. Though some of them are very good. There are also lots of Ph.D scholars in the faculty. They can improve the students’ experience by paying attention to the academics and being more supportive.
 

Placement Rating
Placement of my university used to be pretty good till last year. The highest package of the 2024 batch is 27 LPA and the average package is 2.5 LPA. Only 20 to 30% of students got satisfactory placements while others were placed in the sales department.
 

Hostel Rating
The university provides accommodation in its various hostels. From my experience, hostel facilities in the ‘Sarabhai’ hostel are pretty good but if you really want to enjoy the hostel life you should really opt for ‘Raman’ hostel.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure of the university is the one which shines very much. The vastu building is pretty beautiful which belongs to the architecture department. The classrooms are also pretty neat and clean and the facilities in the buildings are well maintained.
 

Campus Rating
The life at campus is just average but outside of the college, there many things to explore and check out around the city which is the heaven for all of the students of the DIT University as they can make countless memories. The campus is pretty small because it is situated at the mountains.

    The best part about the college is definitely the location. The view and weather around is always great and there are many places that students visit all around the year. The campus also provides resource facilities for higher studies or entrepreneurship. You can expect the best facility provided to help you give your best towards your ideas or ambitions.
