IIT BHU: The Best Institute

Overall Rating
IIT BHU is considered to be one of the premier institutes of the country. Students have to crack JEE Advanced which is one of the toughest exams in order to get admission in this institute. Also, the campus is spread over 1300 acres with vibrant and beautiful greenery around it, providing a breath of fresh air amidst the daily chaos. The faculty is also well qualified and all the research equipment are also well maintained.
 

Academics Rating
My institute offers various courses like B.Tech, B.Arch, M.Tech, M.Pharm, etc. The curriculum of the institute is also well researched and up to date. It always teaches with advanced study material and the teaching methods are also modern as every classroom is outfitted with projectors.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculties at the institute are very well educated and considered to be the one of the very strengths of IIT BHU. They all have a good teaching experience and conduct proper interactive sessions of learning. They also provide mentorship on various topics and help students focus on research if they want to do so. They have secured several awards for student’s patents and research. They are very supportive to us in our needs.
 

Placement Rating
It has a very strong placement record with the rate of 95-98%. Our institute invites big companies such as Google, Apple, Microsoft, Swiggy, etc. The alumni interaction session is very informative. The recruiters visit the campus to hire students for various roles such as finance, consulting, core engineering, technologies, etc.
 

Hostel Rating
The institute has separate hostels for B.Tech, M.Tech and Ph.D scholars. The hostel accommodation is provided by the administration only. It provides shared rooms typically for first and second year students and single sharing occupancy for the fourth year students. The hostel has very good facilities such as a Wi-Fi, mess and a common room for studies.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The institute comprises of old buildings and monuments that were built in 1900's. It is also famous for its special architectural design and beauty. The laboratories and the research cells are well equipped with all the gears and instruments. The classrooms are centralized with AC and projectors for making the teaching process easy. It also has computer centers and huge library. The canteen facilities are also very good.
 

Campus Rating
The campus life is also amazing as range of fests are conducted here which include the cultural fest ‘Kashiyatra’, the digital fest, the FMC weekend, the sports fest ‘Spardha’ and many more. Famous singers like Darshan Raval, Mika Singh, etc. are invited in such events and we enjoy to the fullest.

    IIT BHU is currently ranked 10 in NIRF ranking 2024. The college has very good environment for academics and personal development. So many clubs and societies are there to help a student in his / her extracurricular growth. The college has tech clubs like aero modeling, robotics, coding club, and more.     The overall experience at IIT BHU is like dream fulfilling, had a rigorous curriculum, research opportunities and highly educated faculties for the academics. I really like the sports facilities offered by the institute and joyful & memorable experiences at the festivals.     Generally considered excellent with high placement rates and attractive average salary packages IIT, BHU has a large campus with well-equipped labs, updated facilities, and a dedicated sports infrastructure but some academic buildings might appear outdated with traditional classrooms and there is no AC in classrooms.
