Insides of AIIMS Rishikesh

Overall Rating
The most fascinating thing about AIIMS Rishikesh is its campus and the experienced faculty. I prefer to choose AIIMS Rishikesh over other AIIMS because it has good infrastructure, library, best faculty, fests, and extracurricular activities among all. The college life is also decent and you can explore more and more to develop as a person.
 

Academics Rating
The course name is B.Sc (Hons.) Nursing. You need to give AIIMS Entrance Exam conducted by AIIMS only to get admission. Any student pursuing physics, chemistry, and biology can opt for this exam. You will be asked 100 questions 30 from all the above three sections and 10 of General Knowledge and aptitude. You need to score decent marks to enter the college.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty members are experienced and have a nice way of teaching. They use PPTs to teach the particular topic. They provide thorough knowledge about the topic but off course to be one step ahead you need to study on your own also. The tutors have done Masters in Nursing and the professors have PhD degree in Nursing. There style of teaching is really impressive.
 

Placement Rating
There is no placements provided by college but you need to clear examination named “NORCET" to get a government job in AIIMS as a nursing officer or you can opt for future studies by enrolling yourself in masters. There are very huge opportunities to go for foreign. Internship is provided by college itself for 6 months and for that they'll pay you.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, hostels are compulsory here for every student. The hostel rooms are quite large and well furnished. There is good sanitation and water supply. The mess is also quite decent but not that up to the mark. Safety and security is also good in hostels. Hostel’s rooms are clean but the main problem is that there are common washrooms for all.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Campus building is really fascinating. There is no second thought to say that its infrastructure is the best with huge area. The library is so big and contains lots of books of your course and interest. The hospital block is also well managed and there is no such rush of patients. The lifts are everywhere in college and hospital too. Whole building has air conditioners.
 

Campus Rating
The most amazing and fascinating thing about AIIMS Rishikesh is off course its campus. There are lots of intra and intercollegiate fest. The intra college fest is "Invicta" held around March or April and intercollegiate fest name is "Pyrexia" held around September or October. The fests are the best here; you'll have a life of your dreams. There are several committees also for sports and cultural events. The crowd during fest is huge. Long story short you will be having so much fun here when it comes to campus life.

    Overall Rating
    As the name says, it is a prestigious medical college in the India. It has a separate building of Nursing that is called CENER (Centre of Excellence in Nursing Education and Research). I gave the AIIMS B.Sc Nursing Entrance Exam in 2022 and got an AIR of 1040 to get admission here. As I heard a lot about the campus and academics here, and these are almost all true.
