My Views on Dr. Harisingh Gour University

Overall Rating
This university is a nice place to study. This university has a very good environment. There are many departments available here to study and it’s a fully government university. The certification value from this university is very much reputed all over India. I choose this course because there are many alumni from the law field who have studied from this college. My experience in this college was very good.
 

Academics Rating
The course can be enrolled through passing the CUET entrance exam, this is medium level exam and one can easily score good marks if studied properly. The entry requirements are like only 12th pass, BA+LL.B is a 5 year integrated course. I enrolled in this program because I wanted to know how the law enforcement works in India.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty here is very good and highly qualified with proper degree and Ph.D. the teachings are mainly through chalk and board technique and some classes are taken through smart board. PPT, seminars and conference are usually held in this university frequently. Law department also has a moot court where students practice their skills.
 

Placement Rating
Placement here is not as much developed like other university. There is like no recruitment in law field through the placement cell.
 

Hostel Rating
Hostel for boys is good infrastructure wise, but there is no mess service here and for food one will have to buy from Tiffin services available here. Hostel in general is mediocre in my opinion.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure is very good here. The new buildings are awesome with air conditioning in each class. As each department is interconnected with each other one can easily travel from one department to other. The library is also very nice here with plenty of books and journals one can easily access them with library card.
 

Campus Rating
Campus is good in point of studies but one won’t get any extra fun here because there are no clubs, society or fests celebrated here. Gour Jayanti is the only fest celebrated here which is celebrated in mid November. The infrastructure, weather, and library these are the best things available here.

    The overall experience of this university is good but the education quality should be increased. I choose this college and this course because this is one of the oldest institutes teaching Forensic Science in India.     This university has a lush green campus, situated on a hilly region. It has a good environment and a nice weather. Our university has more than 50 departments along with sophisticated instrument labs. The whole campus has MHRD enabled Wi-Fi where each and every student can get free access to the internet. The departments are interconnected which makes it easier to travel from one department to the other.... Read Full Review

    Campus is situated in kilometers. The whole campus has all facilities for students including hostel and canteen facilities. The college has separate medical hospital for emergency purpose and good doctors present here. Very good college I have seen.... Read Full Review

    I choose this university because it is a well-known central university. Its degree has more importance than other private colleges. Overall the campus is very large, offering different courses in different departments.
