My Experience in B.Tech at IIT Indore

Overall Rating
I am passionate about learning and innovation. Institute has different facilities like Library, modern classroom with AC and well-equipped laboratories. IIT Indore has a big auditorium as well. I choose this institution because of academic excellence, research opportunities, and best hostel facilities.
 

Academics Rating
The course I have enrolled in offers deep knowledge and improves the practical skill sets. This program has mix of core subjects and electives. At the same time, it has maker space laboratory to apply the theoretical knowledge. Institute’s strong industry connections and focus on research were some significant factors in my decision.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty members teaching my course are highly qualified and bring experience and expertise to the classroom. The faculty members use a variety of teaching style to cater to different learning preferences of the students like, interactive lectures, project based learning, flipped classroom, mentorship, and guidance. Some faculty members are approachable and they provide personalized mentorship and guidance to the students.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, IIT Indore has a dedicated placement cell, also known as Training and Placement Office. This office plays a crucial role in helping students secure jobs in the industry. The placement cell maintains strong relationship between wide ranges of companies across various sectors. The network includes top multinational companies, corporation, startups and research organization.
 

Hostel Rating
IIT Indore is a fully residential institute, requiring all students to stay in the hostel. The Hostel is designed to provide a comfortable and conducive environment for students. It has 5 hostels they are APJ Hostel, C.V Raman, H.J Bhabha, and Devi Ahilya. Clean rooms are provided to the students with Wi-Fi, a cot, study table, and almirah.
 

Infrastructure Rating
There are different academic blocks and structures in the institute. These are - Taksh Shila Lecture Hall complex, it is one of the academic main buildings for lectures; Central Workshop, it is essential for hand on training and practice sessions; Library, it is the hub for research at IIT Indore; Administration office, it is a house of office of the university administration including admissions, finance and student services.
 

Campus Rating
Our institute has various clubs and councils such as Science and Technology Council, Cultural Council and Sports Council which prove to conduct various sports and games in the campus. Some big festivals are also celebrated in our campus such as Fluxus; it is one of the biggest tech fests in the central India. It attracts participants from across the country. Finally, choosing the IIT Indore is the best decision.

    IIT Indore is one of the best institutions of India. It is well known for its beautiful and futuristic infrastructure. Apart from infrastructure, academics of the institute are also best. The institute follows the curriculum of IIT Bombay as it is mentored by IIT Bombay. According to my rank, I was getting core branches in 2nd generation IITs, so I decided to choose IIT Indore because of its campus life and placements.   • IIT Indore – An amazing institute for research

    IIT Indore has a beautiful campus and phenomenal infrastructure. It is of 500+acres with all greenery here and 200 acres of forest. We have 5 hostels which are not less than 5 star hotels.     It's although my first visit but it’s actually beyond my expectations. I couldn't believe such a college and a vibrant life. Here the most wonderful site is its infrastructure and academics. It also has such a campus that out of daily hustle you can breathe your soul in the lap of nature. Its beauty, the professors, staff members, and security members all are very helpful.
