Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology is located in capital of Odisha that's Bhubaneswar. It has huge campus around 6000 acres and which is divided into multiple zones of different departments building, hostels and sports complexes. KIIT has lots of amenities and facilities like sports complex, canteens, hangout areas and a MBA Garden.

In the first year all engineering departments have same syllabus after that from second year you move to your specific branch syllabus. Here you find different elective subject whom students can take up with their wishes. Here course curriculum is very strict but it has industries oriented subjects which are further necessary for the placements and job interviews.

Here faculties are both strict and chill. And here in KIIT, teachers are also mentor for the students throughout the degree. Mostly faculties are helpful. They are also working on different projects and research papers and you can also contribute in that.

KIIT Bhubaneswar has a dedicated placement cell for all its students of all the degrees. They give exposure and guidance from the very first year and organise different workshops and meetings with industry experts for offering deep market knowledge to the students.

KIIT Hostels have well furnished and different types of room like double bedded, triple bedded or room with attached bathrooms. It also has AC's and Non Ac's rooms. Rooms are spacious and they consist of a bed, study table with a chair and a wardrobe. Additionally, there is high speed Wi-Fi in the hostel. Housekeeping staffs are available throughout the day to ensure that common areas like washrooms, corridors and dining areas are clean and well maintained. There are 24x7 security guards at hostel gates and also a proper cctv camera service is present throughout the hostel.

KIIT has one of the best infrastructures as we look around the campus. They have a 5 floored central library which is like 4 star library. Central indoor stadium and different sport complexes are also present in the campus. Different Cafes are present around the campus. Also, there are around 15-20 cafeterias inside the campus.

In KIIT we have a lot of flagship events like KIIT fest, technical fest, financial fest, Cultural Fest and Entrepreneurship Summit throughout the year. Here we have around 15-20 clubs / societies which you can join including dance, theatre, music, tech societies and more. Also, there are 10-15 (OAT) Open Air Theatres where many events take places.
