Overall Rating
Sardar Patel Institute of Technology continues to be ranked among the top institute in Maharashtra having 100% placements. Students have been placed in Multinational Companies like Apple, Infosys, Goldman Sachs, Microsoft, PhonePay, etc. The subjects taught in this institute are those which are trending and are required by companies. This institute arranges a variety of extracurricular events like sports competitions, concerts, fresher’s party, events like auction and many more.
 

Academics Rating
To get admission in this institute you need to score at least 98 percentile in MHTCET PCM exam or have a score of 99 percentile in JEE. You need all the documents for verification like Migration Certificate, Aadhaar card, class 12th and 10th certificate, CET score card (optional), JEE score card and many more documents as mentioned in the institute’s brochure which you can see on its website.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty in our institute is very awesome. Most of the professors have Ph.Ds from different IITs like IIT Bombay, Kanpur, Kharagpur, Delhi and Roorkee. The faculties conduct practical lab sessions for a particular course and organise theory sessions as per schedule. They are lenient and friendly for not only solving academic doubts only but also health related issues.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, we have a placement cell at Sardar Patel Institute of Technology. It conducts mock interviews before the actual placement interviews and teaches resume writing.
 

Hostel Rating
Sardar Patel Institute of Technology doesn't have any hostels for living purposes. But there are many PG facilities available near the institute.
 

Infrastructure Rating
This institute has a 9-storey building, having different rooms for labs, theory sessions and coding. There is a playground for students to practice for their upcoming sports competitions. We all like to play on the volleyball ground. The campus has a lake where you can chill and relax. There’s also a Shiv Temple where students visit one day before their exams. A mess and canteen is available for students to get tasty food in this institute. During lunch a large queue is formed in front of the mess.
 

Campus Rating
The campus life at our institute is literally amazing. Many events are organised by the organising committee like open mic contests for showing our talent and skills like singing, dancing, debating, poem reciting, etc. Concerts are held where celebrities are invited to have meet ups with their fans. Events like auctioning IPL and virtual stock market have also been organised. Sessions regarding careers about pursuing MBA or MS in abroad are also conducted to make students aware about their career opportunities.

    The location of the institute is good as it is in Andheri, so it is easy to travel to different places. This institute is known for its placements, which are above average.   • SPIT Mumbai placements are at par with IITs and NITs

    Overall I would rate this college 9/10. The Education system is comfortable and good. Supporting staff and teaching faculty are good as well. The college has a wide campus size of 50 acres with a lake known as Bhawan Lake and a botanical garden. As the institute is in Mumbai you get various opportunities for internship and placements and obviously city factor plays a major role in placements.     I joined this institute because it had the branch I wanted. It has a great placement record and has highly qualified faculties. The infrastructure is great with sports grounds present to play various sports. Overall, my experience in this institute has been great.
