Honest Review on Veer Kunwar Singh University

Overall Rating
I was seeking for an institute which focuses not only on academic but also co curriculum activities. Therefore, I applied to this university thinking it will cover both aspects and luckily it happened. The fest, annual day, sport day, sport week and national days are celebrated with enthusiasm and patriotism. I got in such a great university.
 

Academics Rating
Talking about admission in UG courses, it is on merit basis. You should have a high score in your senior secondary education to get admission. I enrolled in this course to learn and explore more in my subject as it has many prominent aspects to it.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty members of our university are dedicated towards their work. They all work hard even without caring about the time. The professors are well qualified and are experts in their subjects. They teach us like their own kid and treat us as their family. They mentor us in different situations of our life.
 

Placement Rating
Placements are the downside of this university. You should seek a job after the completion of this course.
 

Hostel Rating
I don't stay in the hostels, so I don't have any idea about it. But from the outside it looks like a well maintained building.
 

Infrastructure Rating
My college has two campuses and both are massive. Sport fests, competitions and other activities are organised in the campus. There is a well construct but old building with a little maintenance. Dustbins are available to throw wastes and to keep the campus clean.
 

Campus Rating
The campus life is full of enjoyment. The campus gets crowded during the time of playing. Games like cricket, hockey, basketball, football and badminton are available here. Competitions happen on this ground. There are some clubs like AISA, ABVP, etc. which lead students to raise voices against exploitation and discrimination. This university organises various meetings for the students to create awareness about different aspects.

    Veer Kunwar Singh University is the only university covering all of the Bhojpur district. I was personally admitted here in 2020 for my UG course and I chose Bachelor of Arts and Political Science as my honors subject. This university has various course scopes for the students, with more than 30 courses available. The teachers are experienced here and all are very polite and helpful to the students.
