Review about University of Delhi

Overall Rating
I have been admitted in LC-1 faculty of law at Delhi University. It has good infrastructure and experienced faculty. The campus environment and students are friendly which helps in living a healthy campus life.
 

Academics Rating
Faculty of law provides 3 years law course which is divided into three centers that are CLC, LC-1 and LC-2. They have different timings like CLC is from 8 to 4 PM, LC-2 is from 8 to 2 PM and LC1 is from 2 to 7 PM. If anyone wants to get admission in the law faculty of Delhi University they he / she must have a bachelor degree in any stream and must have cleared the CUET PG exam conducted by NTA. I have enrolled with the motive to be a good lawyer so that I can serve for the betterment of the society.
 

Faculty Rating
Here the faculty members are very professional and have a deep knowledge and experience in their subjects. They are also cooperative with the students. They also focus on practical application of knowledge in order to allow the students to understand the better scenario of the case.
 

Placement Rating
Here a placement cell is also founded to provide employment opportunities to the students in law firms so that the final year students do start their career in law field. There are also various law alumni who come forward to hire the final year students with handsome packages.
 

Hostel Rating
In faculty of law, there are no specific hostels made for the enrolled law students but hundred seats are allotted to students in different PG hostels of the Delhi University. Here hostel life is quite good and I found seniors who are cooperative as well as are of helpful nature. There are various facilities provided by the hostel administration like mess, water coolers, security, etc. There are various sports events that are conducted by hostel administration as well as hostel students union.
 

Infrastructure Rating
If we talk about the academic libraries then each centre has to have a library with better sitting facilities, comfortable chairs, AC, etc. there are various selves in the library for keeping the books in an organised manner so that the students can easily access these books.
 

Campus Rating
In the faculty of law, there are various societies like Legal Services Society, National Service Scheme, Law Clinic, etc. It provide the students the real ground experience of practical knowledge in the field of law. The law faculty also organises elections on various post so that the accountability between the students and faculty administration can be established and the problems are shorted out as soon as possible.

    The college Delhi School of Journalism lies in the north campus. It's affiliated under the Delhi University. The college is newly built but is growing rapidly in its course of journalism. The college was inaugurated in 2017. Since then it's creating future journalists. The college offers two courses, FYIPJ ( five years integrated program in journalism) and Masters in Journalism....
