Brief Review of Government Polytechnic Nashik

Overall Rating
Government Polytechnic Nashik is a government autonomous institute. This institute has a very good rank especially in Maharashtra. The overall experience was very good in my three year tenure. The main reason I choose this institute is because it is run by the government, so its fees are less.
 

Academics Rating
I had completed my diploma in the Information Technology branch. The cutoff is very high for this branch, so approximately you need 94-95% in your 10th board to get this branch here. Very basic documents such as Income Certificate, Domicile Certificate, 10th marksheet and Caste Certificate are needed for the admission process.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculties are very good and have a kind behavior towards the students. They have plenty of good experience in their respective fields, for example the faculty that teaches C++ language has sufficient knowledge about this language. Every faculty has their unique way of teaching.
 

Placement Rating
Placements are very good for other branches except the CS and IT branch.
 

Hostel Rating
I am not allotted a hostel room because I'm a local student staying in this city only.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure of this institute is average compared to other private colleges. But this institute is good enough as it provides all the required facilities. Though maintenance is needed for the infrastructure. As it is a government autonomous institute the buildings don’t have any paint or a pleasant look.
 

Campus Rating
The campus of Government Polytechnic Nashik is very good. It has a very healthy and good environment for all the students. Trees are planted everywhere in this institute, so greenery is well-maintained. The campus is around 30 acres. Hence, it's very large.

    The main reason for which I chose this college is because of the government logo, also the good reviews of my friends and neighbor but the main reason is the fees structure. It is also blessed with good teachers but for the annual fest and other cultural events, they are not that popular. If you study hard throughout the diploma you can get best colleges in Maharashtra.
