A Dream For Maharashtra Students

Overall Rating
Overall I would rate this college 9/10. The Education system is comfortable and good. Supporting staff and teaching faculty are good as well. The college has a wide campus size of 50 acres with a lake known as Bhawan Lake and a botanical garden. As the institute is in Mumbai you get various opportunities for internship and placements and obviously city factor plays a major role in placements. Most important, our institute is autonomous which makes our college different.
 

Academics Rating
Academics wise I would say system is good. But a bit difficult to score. We have MSE, ISE And ESE type of examinations and lab internals differently. A vast library is their containing more than 2000 books. People get their research work patented in this college. A great culture of coding and Tech is here. I would recommend one to join this institute for academics particularly.
 

Faculty Rating
Mostly faculty is Ph.D and some are M.Tech from IIT's. They are well aware about everything and know how to make students brilliant. All staff is helpful and has good behavior with students. We have mentor system also. In which a teacher is allotted as mentor for that student. We have good curriculum created by our faculty.
 

Placement Rating
This institute is fabulous when it comes to placements. The companies offer an average package of 15.2 LPA which is par with IIT'S and NIT's. Previous year also we received average placements of 15.1 LPA. With the highest package of 1.12 crore per annum but that was an off campus placement. We have 60 LPA maximum for our on campus placements.
 

Hostel Rating
Our college does not have hostel. Same scene is for most of the Mumbai colleges. Students here rent a PG or flat and live in sharing. Students can make their lunch and dinner in mess of other colleges which are available.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Infrastructure wise our college is developing day by day. The main building of the college has 8 floors. And now more floors are being added. A big ground known as bhawan ground is a cricket ground. We have football ground too. Indoor games too like carom, chess, table tennis, etc. are also available in gymkhana. All classes have AC except for library. We also have a conference room and an auditorium in the college.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life is good with various events going on throughout the year. Our annual event Oculus just made a rock with superstars Ash king, yashraj and various other artists. There are many fun events that make college life a bit better than academics. Campus has a good canteen that offers quality food.

    Sardar Patel Institute of Technology, Mumbai has one of the best campuses with a lot of amenities. They have the best placements in Mumbai for Engineering students.     The location of the institute is good as it is in Andheri, so it is easy to travel to different places. This institute is known for its placements, which are above average. This year the average package was above 15 LPA and in the previous year it was around 15 LPA. This is a great institute.... Read Full Review

    I joined this institute because it had the branch I wanted. It has a great placement record and has highly qualified faculties. The infrastructure is great with sports grounds present to play various sports. Overall, my experience in this institute has been great.
