Review of AIHT

Overall Rating
This college gives the perfect place for the students to develop their skills and gain more knowledge in a good environment. I have got this college through the Anna University Counseling; they offer some valuable fee structures for Engineering without any extra payment. So students willing to join this institute can go for it.
 

Academics Rating
I chose the academic course B.Tech IT. Students require at least 70% in Math, Physics, Chemistry and 80% in Computer Science to get more knowledge about Programming. My motive is to do something valuable in this technical environment by gaining knowledge in coding as it is the current trend.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty members here are great in teaching the students in an understandable way. Their student friendly behavior encourages the students to clear their doubts. They help students by providing notes, which is useful when studying at the last moment.
 

Placement Rating
The placement team constantly updates the students about off-campus and on-campus placements, along with their package and the eligibility to apply. This helps the students to grow more.
 

Hostel Rating
The facilities provided by the hostels are good. The rooms and washrooms are kept in a clean manner. They are concerned about the student’s health. But the food provided in the mess is average.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The green infrastructure of the Anand Institute of Higher Technology consists of different blocks and departments. The institute provides water facilities, washrooms, classrooms, seminar halls and an exam cell. In addition to that, a huge auditorium is there for conducting events where more than 15 thousands students are able to sit.
 

Campus Rating
This institute has a neat campus with more than 1,500 students gaining knowledge here. This institute conducts national-level educational events to enhance the student’s interests. Other than this, non technical and cultural events like Rollick are celebrated wonderfully by all the students. The fest celebration is control by the club leaders.

    When comparing other colleges affiliated to the Anna University, Anand Institute of Higher Technology is one of the best institutes. This institute got second position in the Anna University Counseling. Also, the fee structure is low as compared to other colleges. So I suggest others to go for AIHT like me.... Read Full Review

    Anand Institute of Higher Technology is really excellent in education system and this is one of the top ranking colleges in Chennai. It used to conducts sports day to make the students active.     After doing BCA, I decided to do MCA and AIHT was the first college that came to my mind. My cousins stay there and they were the ones who introduced me to AIHT. They have an entrance exam and that score will only lead you to MCA course. Out of 120 seats the college just has 10 management quota seats and rest all through the entrance score only.
