Overall Rating
Malda Medical College situated in the English Bazar, Malda town. It established in the year or 2011. Malda Medical College is affiliated to West Bengal University of Health Science and it also recognized by the Medial Council of India. The process through which you can get admitted is by giving NEET UG examination.
 

Academics Rating
I had joined here for MBBS course and I had completed successfully. If you want to join you get good ranking in the NEET all India ranking. General ranking of 6500 to 9000 will help you to get in this college. MBBS course is a noble profession. You can help a lot of people. My ranking in NEET AIR is about 7000. There is a lot of opportunities in these profession.
 

Faculty Rating
There are 121 total number of faculty is present for these courses. They are highly qualified and energetic teachers. The present name of the principle sir is Partha Pratim Mukhopadhya. Most of the professors are MBBS graduate. And the lab faculties are good.
 

Placement Rating
If you complete MBBS degree then you have to do 1 year of internship in that hospital. It is the part of the MBBS course curriculum. In the internship you can get a sum of 26500 rupees per month as stipend. After completing MBBS degree you can join as the junior doctor or as GDMO. Or you can do further studies.
 

Hostel Rating
You can get hostel from first year only. For the 1st year to final year In each room 2 students can live together. In one hostel around 60 people lives and there were total of 7 washrooms. For interns and junior doctor another hostel is there they have single rooms and for 2 members 1 bathroom. Food is available in hostel canteens and hospital canteens also. The food quality is moderate. Security system for hostel is good.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The total area of the college is about the 70000 square meters. In the academy building it have a central library, lecture theater (air conditioned), demonstration room and auditorium which have around 660 seats. It has a small play ground but you can play cricket and football in the neighborhood. Indoor games are present in the campus.
 

Campus Rating
MBBS is a great course to do. In this college you will get a lot of experience. In every year in the month of September BEATS cultural events organized. Lot of enjoyment you can do. For Playing indoor games present in the cultural hall but the outside ground is small. Overall it is a nice campus where you will spend most beautiful moments of life.
