Presidency University Kolkata campus life is friendly

Going to the Presidency University has been my dream since I was in school. This university is a historical place. There is a lot of significance here, even their food has its own importance attached to it. Going to this university has changed my life. I love every bit of my college life. The faculty members are highly qualified and really helpful. The students can reach out to them in case of any doubts. I personally chose the Presidency University because it is a well renowned college of Kolkata. It is known for its high standards.

I have taken Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. This is an enriching course for those who want to remain in the academic field in the future. I joined this university in the year 2022. At that time there were no entrance exams being held. But since 2023, exams are to be given for admission. I have heard about Sociology being a really good subject and that this university will not fall in this stream. Therefore, I enrolled in this program.

The faculty members are very cooperative and well organized. Students can chat with them in case of any enquiry or problem. The knowledge they provide is very enriching and of great depth. The professors do not just give lectures but they explain the whole concept in a very interesting and delighting way, that students can easily grasp the main concept.

The buildings are well maintained and strong. There are other amenities provided like library facilities and auditorium halls available for various educational purposes like hosting academic research paper readings or conducting any program. The books differ from department to department. Some departments refer to big books due to which students download the PDF of the book, while other departments require students to buy the books offline.

The campus life is very good and engaging, students can feel free. There is a positive energy in campus as everyone is really friendly. Studying in this university can make you be a better version of yourself. You will never feel left out. Events take place every month. The events of this university are well-known in Kolkata. Students from different colleges even participate in it. All this makes the campus life very interesting and never gets boring.
