My College Life in Jeppiaar College of Arts and Science

Overall Rating
Overall, Jeppiaar College of Arts and Science has good infrastructure and offers education. All the facilities like hostel, canteen, and transport are up to the mark. This college gives us a better environment to study. Placements are very good because so many companies come to recruit the students. Hence, it is a great place to study. It is located in Padur and provided bus facilities to the day scholars. I would recommend others to join this one.
 

Academics Rating
This college offers many courses, which include Bachelor and Master courses in arts and science. Eligibility for enrolling in the b.com course requires 10th and 12th marksheets and transfer certificate. For B.Sc, student should have passed HSC with PCM/B along with English. Exams are of moderate to hard level. The curriculum is good but could be better if updated.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculties are so friendly and kind. Most of the faculties are highly educated and responsive for clearing doubts and questions. Honestly, i do not know about their background but I guess they have relevant degree to teach us. However, I know very well about their teaching style. Their style was understandable and involved practical and real life examples.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, Jeppiaar College of Arts and Science offers good placements. It provides training classes for the students of last year to train them and get easily place in any company.
 

Hostel Rating
I do not know about very much hostels, as I am a day scholar. However, according to my friends who were hostellers, the facilities were decent. The whole complex was clean and tidy. The mess food was also good, which generally opposite in other colleges. If you are outstation students, I will recommend you join the hostel.
 

Infrastructure Rating
I really want to talk about the infrastructure that Jeppiaar College of Arts and Science offers us. It has a very good environment. Each block has different course and facilities like canteen, classrooms, and labs classrooms and labs are air-conditioned. In the labs, all the systems and equipment were updated and modern. The whole area was very neat and clean.
 

Campus Rating
The college conducts so many cultural events. There were many extracurricular activities. Moreover, there is good balance between academics and activities. I really liked the cultural event, as it was very enjoyable. The college also conducts many competitions such as singing, dancing, mime, mono-act and others events like DJ dancing, etc.
