Review of the GIET University

Overall Rating
I have taken admission in this university in 2022 in the Computer Science and Engineering program. It’s a four year program which includes many subjects from Basic Math to Advanced Programming Languages. Many hackathons take place in this university on a regular basis. Different branches have different departmental fests that happen quite often.
 

Academics Rating
I have chosen Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering. The eligibility for this course is being a Science student in high school with Math and having basic knowledge of IT will be enough. Nowadays, there is a great scope for the Computer Science students. A student with great skills in this field will have a very bright future.
 

Faculty Rating
The most important and best thing of the GIET University is the helpful nature of their faculty members. They will help the students whenever needed. The faculty members will try to solve the problem of each and every student and provide a solution for it. Most of the faculties are Ph.D. holders and are very talented. Different faculty members have different teaching styles.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, the GIET University has a placement cell and it really helps the students in acquiring jobs in the industry. This university provides 100% placement as per the knowledge of the student.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, this university also provides residential facilities. The hostel life is very good. The boy’s hostel is located inside the campus whereas the girl’s hostel is outside the campus. The girl’s hostel is provided with a mess and some security guards for each hostel building. Whereas the boy’s hostel has a central mess inside the campus.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The campus consists of different buildings for different branches. There is a central library which is opened 24/7. This library is provided with a wide variety of books. All the academic books are available in the university. The faculty of all the departments is different and very helpful.
 

Campus Rating
The overall experience is very nice. The campus is situated far away from the town and is situated in a very peaceful place. The college has different clubs for different purposes. There are separate fests taking place for each branch and the cultural fest is organized for the entire college.
