Is NIT worth taking admission?

Overall Rating
My Overall experience in NIT Delhi is good although it’s been only a year in this college but I can say except its cultural fests everything is just awesome. All the faculties and even non teaching staff everyone is so friendly. The best thing about this college is that it is newly established NIT so we get many chances for different programs.
 

Academics Rating
If I talk about academics then I say their courses are nice as other NIT’s. This college has a very responsible teaching staff. Even this college has a project development environment supported by our director sir and HoD's. Exams are conducted safely and strictly. Only an individual have to co-operate with professors for their course curriculum.
 

Faculty Rating
All the faculties are supportive, some of them are strict but they are excellent in their respective fields. All are highly qualified and best professors across the country. Some of the professors are involved in many research programs run by the government of India. Their teaching styles are also good. Some use digital boards and PPT if needed, overall they teach you in best ways so that you can understand the topics clearly and easily.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, NIT Delhi has a placement cell. In fact, one of the best things about this college is its placements growth rate, it’s really impressive.
 

Hostel Rating
Hostels are good. Facilities like AC and Non-AC rooms, Wi-Fi, washing machine, etc. are available in hostels but remember you have to take your mattress with you as they don't provide it.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Good infrastructure as I’ve already mentioned that this new campus is growing so its infrastructure is developing continuously. But for the engineering program they have enough infrastructures. We have Admin Block, Central Library, Sports Complex, Gym, Auditorium, Labs, Indoor and Outdoor Gaming Facilities, and other facilities.
 

Campus Rating
If I’ve to tell you my experience then it was good throughout the year. They have different clubs and societies in which you can participate in order to learn more and for extracurricular activities. The thing I don't like about the college is their cultural events but other events are too good like the ZEAL event which is a sporting event.

    First of all, the location of the institute is an absolute wonder. We all love the natural beauty and its denseness on campus. The campus is relatively cleaner than the main city. The classrooms are maintained according to the standard. The vegetarian mess has a good taste. The busy schedule will be relieved in the evening with the friends.     As everybody knows about a National institute, I also worked hard and cracked JEE Mains exam to get the institute. NIT Delhi is really a great institute in true meaning. I choose it because of the placements and infrastructure of the institute. Here we are provided best facilities with a great knowledge given by our faculties. I chose NIT Delhi Artificial intelligence & Data Science branch as it is located in capital city due to which I can get the industry exposure very well.
