Devi Ahilya Vishwa Vidyalaya is a state university located in Indore, having affiliations over a number of colleges that offer various courses from Engineering to Arts, Science, Math, Law, Diplomas, Master’s, PhD and other specializations. It was established in 1964, and despite being archaic it has consistently maintained its reputation for academic excellence and provides with holistic education for students.
 

Academics Rating
To get in a university under the DAVV Indore, you have to appear for the CUET exam and score a rank near 5000 or more to secure a seat in the university. While, the curriculum is regularly updated, the basic principles of the university remain intact.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty present at the university has all achieved expertise in their particular course. Professors help to bring out the best in their students by their practical study methods and knowledgeable lectures as well through projects, assignments, and extracurricular activities. They offer in depth yet, easy to comprehend knowledge in their respective subjects helping students grasp the topic easily.
 

Placement Rating
DAVV Indore has a dedicated placement cell that works hands on the job at all times with 80% to 90% placement rate. Yes, it does help students acquire job in the industry, some of the companies that visit for recruitments are Infosys, TCS, Amazon, Flipkart, Colgate, Taskus, etc.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, the university has residential facilities available for the students as well the teachers. It has a separate girls’ and boys’ hostel wing for each college, each having a warden dedicated towards the job.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The university's campus is well equipped with top notch infrastructural facilities like fully equipped classrooms with spacious seating capacity, laboratories, a central library for the students, a university canteen, various playgrounds, running track, football ground, a badminton court, volleyball court, and many more. Apart from that, the campus is filled with scenic beauty throughout.
 

Campus Rating
The university provides various opportunities like university fests, clubs, and extracurricular activities. It conducts various seminars, also a student body is there to help conduct the fests, organize seminars, sports fests, etc. It had the facility of inter university competitions like moot court competition, spell bee, debate competition, quiz, Olympiad, and sports competitions for each sport as well.

    The college consists of a small building that has around 10 classrooms. The courses offered here are BA LL.B, LLM, M.Phil, and Ph.D. Here the students are well studios and ample of books are provided for their assistance.     Overall Rating
    Our college is one of the best engineering collages in MP. We can get admission here by MP DTE council ling which considers JEE Mains Score. This college gives a lot liberty than other collages in MP to develop our skill rather than just marking attendance. So, we feel so privileged to be able to join this college. But I got mechanical branch as I got 135689 ranks in JEE Mains 2023. So, it is a college for bright student’s only so environment here is very good.... Read Full Review

    The IET DAVV is one of the best government colleges in central India after IIT and NIT. The infrastructure of college is not good as it is government. But the campus is full of greenery you will have a different campus from the main DAVV Takshila campus it is 2.5 km away from the IET DAVV. Teachers are good and have good methods of teaching....
