My Views on Siksha 'O' Anusandhan University

Overall Rating
SNIL is a good institute for studying law. There are many courses for students to join. Teachers and management is remarkable. Campus is big and well managed. Dress code is mandatory for all law students. For placement good companies come here with average package. Faculties are also helping student for future legal exams.
 

Academics Rating
I am in 3rd year of LL.B at SNIL. To get the admission I had to crack SAAT examination and they also evaluate my previous academic percentage for the admission. The eligibility criterion is that, the student has to give the SAAT examination, 60% in +3 (undergraduate) examinations. Also there is no age limit.
 

Faculty Rating
Professors who are teaching my course are well educated and they also have legal experience. Most of the Professors are Ph.D holders. There teaching methodology combines theoretical knowledge with practical insights, making learning engaging and effective. In my course all the teachers are very much helpful and strict in attendance and practicals like viva, case analysis presentations, etc.
 

Placement Rating
We have placement cells in SNIL and companies come here with average packages every year. The placement cell also supports students in securing internships at other reputed law firms.
 

Hostel Rating
Hostels are decent and provide a comfortable living environment for students. The hostels are well-maintained, with clean rooms and sanitization. There are AC and Non AC rooms in it. The mess provides nutritious food and menu changes every week.
 

Infrastructure Rating
We have 2 academic blocks in our college. The infrastructure is good and it is designed to meet the needs of law students, with dedicated spaces for various activities. Each block has lifts. Classrooms are well-maintained and also each class has 1-2 ACs. Each class has the strength of 80 students. Campus is not that big but it is manageable.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life is great. College organizes fest every year in winter. Moot programs and seminars are also organized in the college. College mostly focuses on academics and academic related activities. Still one fest is mandatory in every year and we call it 'JUSTICIA'. There are different societies in our college that organises programs every 3-4 months.

    So the reputation of this college is good. The entrance exam (SAAT) is easy and this college provides a wide range of courses from engineering to medical. Currently I am studying Bachelors of computer applications and the faculty is better than most colleges in Odisha. The environment is pretty good with a big area is provided.     Institute is great. The infrastructure is good. The way of teaching is much better. There are many options for the branch and course which you would want to prefer.     The honest review of my college as per my opinion would be average as it is a bit negligent in terms of conducting college fests, proper conduction of student clubs which are extremely beneficial, and towards the lack of leisure related activities such as outdoor sports.     For me it's a good college to take admission as you are getting many facilities by them. I got to know about SOA by my father's work friends. Their sons are also studying in the same college so I got many details about it and by properly reviewing it I took admission in it. Until now my experience in this college is good.
