College Review of SGGSCC Delhi

Overall Rating
My overall experience of this college was great. I chose this institute because it is considered to be among the top colleges of the Delhi University. The infrastructure is great compared to other colleges of DU. Students looking for great career opportunities, experiences and placements after college should go for SGGSCC.
 

Academics Rating
I was a student of Economics (Hons.). It's considered to be one of the toughest courses for Commerce students. However, my keen interest about the different aspects of Economics made me enroll in this program. I'm not sure of the procedure of admission through CUET, but at my time of admission the cutoff was around 97.5%.
 

Faculty Rating
The Economics faculty is great. Every semester we had different teachers. They all have their own style of teaching. Paying attention in class is crucial as it makes understanding topics much easier. Most of them are Economics (Hons.) graduates. Projects and tests were taken regular, which prepared us well for the final exams.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, there is a placement cell. They work for the students and are really helpful. They helped me get a placement in the domain I was looking for.
 

Hostel Rating
There's only a girl’s hostel.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure of our college is great when compared to other colleges of DU. There is a big auditorium, amphitheater and a seminar hall for different purposes. There is also a cricket ground, basketball court, volleyball court, a gym and a small football field.
 

Campus Rating
My campus life experience was great. There are many societies in the college which constantly hold events. There's a very lively and vibrant culture with different events taking place daily. Sports events, tournaments and fests are organized. Our annual college fest was held this year after the gap of a few years.

    My overall experience at Sri Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce till now is pretty good. The overall infrastructure of the college is one of the best in whole DU. All the classrooms are fully AC, benches and buildings are well maintained too, even the washrooms are very clean. Sports facilities in the college are also very nice.     Sri Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce (Delhi University) located in Pithampur has a clean, green and a spacious campus with beautiful flora and fauna. It has a huge campus divided into hostel, academics and playground area. The college has a positive environment. Amenities like canteen, CCD, library and gym available in the college make it the best.     Sri Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce is a wonderful college situated in Northwest of Delhi at Netaji Subhash Place Pitampura. It is a premium institute for commerce established in 1984 and is among one of the topmost colleges for Commerce and Economics in Delhi University.   • Sri Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce Cut off based on CUET
     

    Overall Rating
    At first I thought SGGSCC is an off campus college so it might not be worth attending since I was an outstation student. But with time I realised that this was one of the best choices of my life as the environment this college provides is unbelievably surreal to me. I got this college through the CUET entrance test.     Overall Rating
    The overall experience of the college is good. I joined this college last year in August, and from then, till now, I don't regret even a minute being here. SGGSCC Delhi campus is well developed and students are amazing too. Not to forget, our fresher's party was on point and our seniors led their helpful hands towards us in initial days.
