Karunya and its benefits

Overall Rating
Good atmosphere and nice place to study. Great management and guidance, well built ecosystem. The amount of money they ask for covers the cost of the course, the accommodation, and the food in the mess. There are many different program offered at our college. Excellent place to come and learn.
 

Academics Rating
Academics are competitive at Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences since some highly motivated students who were not accepted into NITs, VITs, CET and CUSAT through state admission exams or JEE will be joining. Therefore, if you surround yourself with dedicated and appropriate peers, you will undoubtedly get better every day. Also they have got NAAC A++ certificate.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty is so friendly and also they will help you to achieve your dreams, and will give exam information according to your goals. There will be a mentor meeting every week and we can ask anything freely to them.
 

Placement Rating
Placements are decent, with 4.5–7 LPA available for those with a modicum of programming skill. Programmers with high aspirations and exceptional skills have the potential to receive up to 15-20 LPA in CTC. Not just programmers, but also those who pick cyber security, AI/ML, etc., might boast a better package than programmers if they know their topic effectively. Here, IBM, TCS, Wipro, Nutanix, Microsoft (to a certain extent), and several product- and service-based businesses are the top recruiters.
 

Hostel Rating
I joined a hostel with four other folks. I found it tiny, but there's nothing you can do about it. Choose your housemates based on your regionality. If you are from the north, go with northerners to avoid a linguistic barrier. If any Karunya officials read this, please check with hostel authorities and make improvements. There are several types of outdoor and indoor games accessible. There are also two proper gyms outfitted with appropriate equipment.
 

Infrastructure Rating
I'm amazed by the technology and system here. Karunya has sophisticated computer labs, and almost every computer has an i7 Intel CPU. The forensic lab uses FT-IR spectroscopy and NMR Spectroscopy. In a few labs, there are ten or more new Macs running strong software systems. There are two CTCs available, each containing an AWS toolset, a VR headset, and other unusual goodies you've never seen before. Faculty members have access to the lifts. I'll rate the labs and amenities 4.9/5.
 

Campus Rating
Unfortunately, you will be disappointed because there are relatively few major cultural events here. Even the local universities do events around twice a month, but there are very few cultural activities here. The sole event held every year is the Christmas festivity. There will be spiritual meeting held frequently. Also I have recently attended the national forensic conference conducted by Karunya.

    Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences is deemed to be a University in Tamil Nadu. The admission process can be done only through the management alone. The university is present since 1986.
