This institute is good. I opted for the Jamia Hamdard University to pursue the Bachelor Degree of Pharmacy. NIRF has ranked this college in 2nd position in Pharmacy all over India. So, I thought it would be the best college for Pharmacy. It is well known for its Research. This all made me chose this college.

Bachelor in Pharmacy deals with studying drugs and pharma related products, their manufacturing, SOPs, dispensing and marketing. The eligibility criteria for taking admission in the Jamia Hamdard University in this course is by clearing the cutoff of the NEET exam which is conducted by NTA. If you have scored around 200-300 marks you can easily get admission in this college. The admission process takes place through a counseling round which is conducted by the college itself.

The faculty of this college is highly educated and well trained. They are very cooperative and helpful. Their teaching style is also very good which includes vivas, projects, class tests, etc. Marks are awarded for student teacher interactions. In this way, the teachers make sure that students interact with them. They take students to work with them on their research papers. The faculty members are highly qualified with certified degrees even from abroad.

Yes, we have a placement cell in our institute but it is very new. Therefore, it doesn’t work properly. It is unable to help the students get placed. Very few companies come in our college for placements. The highest package of a bachelor degree was up to 3 LPA. The placements are below average. Most of the job offers come for MR and not for the industrial purpose.

Yes, hostels are available in our institute. There are many hostels separate for boys and girls. The hostel has big rooms with good accommodation facilities. The food given is good too. Non veg is served once a week. Laundry facilities are provided to the students. The rooms are cleaned regularly and hygiene is maintained. The infrastructure of the hostels is good.

The infrastructure of the Jamia Hamdard University good. The buildings are clean and well maintained, but lifts are not available. The classrooms are spacious having air conditioning facilities and proper seating arrangements. Clean drinking water facilities are provided. A canteen is there serving great quality food but at high prices. A library is provided in our building so that various textbooks are easily accessible to the students. Well maintained and clean labs are available with proper equipment and chemicals.

The campus life of this university is very good and enthusiastic. The campus crowd is good too. Various clubs are there like the music club, film and drama club, sports club, literary club, etc. Students actively participate in these clubs. Fests are conducted almost every month. Bands and musical nights are there too. Sports activities are regularly conducted like cricket, basketball, football matches and indoor games.
