A vibrant community: Ramjas College

Overall Rating
Overall the college is very good at all grounds whether it is about placements, sports, societies, etc. Crowd is very vibrant and faculty of every department is very experienced in their own fields and shows a very helpful nature towards their students. The college organised a fest that was Mosaic 2024 it also was very vibrant and Nikita Gandhi and Jayy Randhawa rocked the stage.
 

Academics Rating
Ramjas College is basically a great option if you want to develop your skills and follow your passion simultaneously with your studies. Generally there are 3 to 5 lectures per day depending upon your course and there are well developed labs for science stream students. Teachers help the students with online resources and there is well stocked library which is also a plus point for students. Library service is also open for students from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculty of this college is very hardworking and experienced as well. The college students are truly grateful to have the opportunity to learn from such experienced teachers which help them to excel academically and personally as well. Teachers help students in writing research papers and help them in labs also which helps them to increase their practical knowledge as well.
 

Placement Rating
College has its personal on campus placement cell where companies like Deloitte, Ernst and Young, PWC, KPMG, Smartcube, Wipro, Amazon, Tech Mahindra, etc. visit the campus. The highest package offered is Rs.19.25 LPA this session and average package of this session is Rs.5.6 LPA.
 

Hostel Rating
The check-in process of hostel in college is based upon academic results of the student and student's address must be outside a boundary range from the college. Students of Delhi NCR are not eligible for hostel facility. Hostels building are old but the infrastructure is still maintained and kept clean. The facilities may not be as modern as newer hostels. The shared bathrooms are kept clean. The hostel also offers basic amenities such as free Wi-Fi, which is convenient for students. Hostel fees are also very affordable for students.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Although the college building is very old but it is well maintained and timely renovation is done. The theme of the college campus is also very great. All the paths in the campus are named by spiritual words and along with that a personal QR is attached which shows the significance of that word along with that path. Greenery in the campus is well maintained and buildings and lawns are differentiated according to the departments. Library and Labs are fully AC and Free Wi-Fi is also installed in whole campus.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life is great and very peaceful. There is a well educated and talented crowd in this college. People around are very friendly and very helpful in nature. College has its own amphitheater for functions, seminar hall, conference hall and auditorium for specific events. Different playgrounds and sports complex are also there for specific sports activities like Basketball, Football, Volleyball, and Badminton. Indoor games like table tennis and gym is also there in college campus.

    I'm in 4th semester currently and I don't know how the time has gone by. It feels as if I came here yesterday. At Ramjas, I'm experiencing amazing things like best fests, cultural events, competitions, etc. The college has 17 departments and students from various cultural backgrounds across India come here to study and become a part of each other's memories, making it a very competitive environment but that's something which helps us grow-" peer pressure" for good....
