Infrastructure and Academics Rating

Overall Rating
MAIMS have really good infrastructure, faculty and crowd. I chose this college as it is the top college of IPU. College do not organise any trips sadly but it conducts fest, events and workshops occasionally. It also provides on campus placements to most of its students. HOD and other heads are supportive even outside the classroom setting.
 

Academics Rating
MAIMS is renowned for its BBA LL.B program. You need to score a rank at least in starting 1000 for getting enrolled in this course. Syllabus is decent with difficulty level increasing each year. MAIMS has a really good library for all BBA subjects. One semester is for 4-5 months. Internals are held every 2 months and externals after then.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculty is really supportive here. Most of the faculty even provides notes themselves for their subjects. You can even reach out to them for other matters despite of academics. They are always up for help in academics even after classes. Most of the teachers are experienced and professional in their respective field.
 

Placement Rating
MAIMS have a placement cell. It hosts placement fair every year where renowned companies come to hire students for internships and placements. College provide on campus placements too after completion of the course followed by an interview screening procedure.
 

Hostel Rating
MAIMS have only boys hostel. College provides mess service, gym and other facilities to its students. Food of mess is not really good. Warden is friendly and there is no rigid rule system. 2 students can stay together in a hostel room. They provide a cooler in summers.
 

Infrastructure Rating
MAIMS have a really good infrastructure as compared to rest of the IPU colleges. It has 5 canteens, stationary shops, ice cream parlor and 2-3 auditoriums. It even has stands for events like music jamming and dance events. Classrooms have well working air conditioners. 2 libraries are there with full sitting arrangements.
 

Campus Rating
MAIMS have a lot of societies for dance, music and other cultural events. MAIMS host fests every year one of them is law fest where singer Raftaar was called for concert. There are even Diwali fests and many workshops are conducted every month in the auditorium. Dance competitions are also held occasionally.

  • MAIMS, New Delhi: One of the best Law college

    MAIMS need no introduction as it is one the best institutes in Delhi. This is my third year and still looks like the first as our institute is among one of the most happening institutes of Delhi.   • Best canteen and hostel facilities.
     

    Overall Rating
    The overall review of this college stands very clear. It’s a developing college that’s trying to get better day by day. It has started to provide new facilities for the welfare of students like nearest metro station, bus pick up facility and breakfast facilities. The placement cell is also getting active and eventually it will be a great college. For now it's a mediocre college with students in every field.   • A detailed review on MAIMS
     

    Overall Rating
    The law department of MAIMS is bringing a lot of change now by organising law fests, moot court competitions and inviting some reputed advocates, solicitor, lawyer and judge for sharing their working experience with the students and encouraging them to work hard for their future. The location of the college is little bit remote from main Delhi area and nearby metro station is 3-4 km far from MAIMS.
