Overall Rating
Ramkrishna Mahato Government Engineering College is very beautiful and well designed. I am very happy for taking an admission in this college. The infrastructure of this college is very beautiful. I choose this college because this college is near to my home. Overall this college is very good. This college is located in Chas road which is 20 km away from Purulia town.
 

Academics Rating
The admission process of this college is very simple. At first students have to obtain a proper rank in WBJEE exam. Then the student has to go to WBJEE website for admission procedure. The students must have passed Higher Secondary Examination from a recognised board. Interested students should be a resident of West Bengal.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty members of this college are well qualified and experienced. They teach us everything in very proper way. Their style of teaching is very interesting and easy to understand. If a student cannot understand the topic in first chance then the teachers make sure that they explain the topic again in a more easy way. My course is Electrical Engineering. In Electrical Engineering there are 5 faculty members.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, our college has a placement cell. It helps students in getting placed in well known companies.
 

Hostel Rating
There is no hostel facility available for 1st and 2nd year boys. Different messes are available in the college. From 3rd year hostel facility is available for boys. For Girls hostel facility is available from 1st year.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure of our college is very beautiful. The Ramkrishna Mahato Government Engineering College has one administrative building and 2 academic buildings. Our college campus is not too large. It is a small campus but is very beautiful. There is a workshop building for the mechanical workshop.
 

Campus Rating
In this college many programs will be held like Saraswati Puja, Biswakarma Puja, Fresher’s Party, Teachers Day, Engineers Day, Tech Fest, Cultural Fest, and many things. Our college organised a fest named AIKATAN. This program is held every year in April / May month. It is the greatest festival of our college. Overall our campus life is very attractive.
