Amity University Mumbai, Bachelor of Interior Design (BID)

Overall Rating
Amity University Mumbai was my priority since high school. The reason is vast exposure you get there. They have the best experienced faculties, best infrastructure and the basic required amenities .it's been 2 years in the University and I am definitely satisfied with the course and basically everything. I would highly suggest Amity University Mumbai to all the aspirants looking for a good institute.
 

Academics Rating
Bachelor of Interior Design (B.I.D), so this course is all about your creativity, the way you think, the perspective you have towards the things, etc . Eligibility -you must be 12th passed with minimum 50%. Requirements - you must be creative, basic sketching skills, artistic vision towards everything, Because EOD it's a creative field. You get multiple opportunities as interior designer, you can have your firm, you can work in residential, commercial fields, even you can work as set designer basically you get so many opportunities.
 

Faculty Rating
Experienced faculties, We have great mentors who are always there for us. Each one is well experienced coming from architecture background or designing background. They are highly skilled for sure, and their teaching style is definitely very understandable. They focus on every individual and they clear their doubts regarding the concept / topics.
 

Placement Rating
100% Placements - Amity University Mumbai has really good numbers regarding the same. It has tie ups with various companies and industries, ensuring every student gets best opportunities. In every course you get internships and campus placements.
 

Hostel Rating
Hostel is there in the campus itself, so it's convenient for the students. You get separate hostels for girls and boys. You have option of AC/ Non AC rooms you can choose accordingly. You also get medical help if needed. There’s canteen as well and you get all the basic required amenities in the campus itself.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Best Infrastructure - Amity University Mumbai has one of the best infrastructures. With its striking exposed brick architecture it stands out. It has a huge campus with grounds, gardens, parking area, hostel, auditorium, and greenery around the University. Talking about classrooms you get proper air conditioned class rooms ensuring every student is comfortable. Projectors, working space, well equipped labs, Wi-Fi facility, library, seminar hall, and counseling services are also there in the university.
 

Campus Rating
Best Campus life - from celebrations to fests we enjoy everything, its fun. We have events throughout the year, where different clubs come together and work accordingly to make the event much better. You can volunteer, participate and show your skills in these events. In many events big personalities / influencers are invited to make it even more exciting. Definitely these activities are worth it, it's fun, and you make a lot of memories.

    The fees structure of Amity University Mumbai is really good compared to other colleges in Mumbai. It can be an easy travel for students because the college provides bus services from Panvel station to Amity. The campus is very big and has 4 canteens. It also provides hostel in the campus.     Overall this institute is a good place for interior design, as the faculty is experienced and the infrastructure is fine. The fees according to a private interior design college are pretty good.   • Amity University Mumbai provides degree in interior design

    I wanted to get enrolled in interior design college which gives a degree of the same, and colleges in Mumbai are less when it comes to 4 year design degree programs there are colleges for diploma programs. So I enrolled in Amity university, Mumbai as it provides major degree with a minor degree which we can choose at the time of admission. They also teach a foreign language which enhances the overall learning experience.... Read Full Review

    I am doing Animation and VFX degree from this university. Fee of my university is low, compared to other universities. The campus of Amity University is really great. Others should go for it if they really want to enjoy a college life. The campus, the food and the staff is great.... Read Full Review

  • Amity University Mumbai placement cell is very attentive

    It was good 4 year learning experience. The college has a very good campus. I made good friends. There are 2 canteens and other food stores on the campus. Have a store where we can have all needed things. Doctors and ambulance facilities are available in the campus 24x7. Campus is quite far away from transportation route.... Read Full Review
