The Bineswar Brahma Engineering College consists of 4 branches i.e. Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Civil Engineering. All the students are under thorough guidance from their respective faculty members of their respective branch. Here, quality education is provided to students and many soft skill development seminars are held to help the students empower and master their skills.

The B.Tech program is an under graduation course of 4 years, under any specific branch. Since here we have four branches here, anyone can take admission under these branches through the counselling process under CEE. The eligibility of each branch varies each year because of the various cut offs. The program of B.Tech provides us exposure in the technical line of industries and various technical jobs.

I am a student of the Chemical Engineering department. Our department is enriched with a set of excellent and experienced faculty members. They are very good at teaching. Some of the faculty members are Ph.D degree scholars. They have a vast knowledge of their respective fields, which they impart onto the students and help us to grow with their maximum guidance.

Yes, we have a placement cell section. I have heard that it was working well in the past, but it has been a bit inactive for the past two years. But don’t worry because if you grab a good CGPA in your hand, then you will be placed anyways. Off campus placements are also conducted where the eligible and deserving students are placed in respective industries. I think if you're developing technical skills and have a keen knowledge on your respective course, then you will be placed irrespective of having a less CGPA.

Yes, since last year we have been provided residential facilities. There are two campus hostels for both boys and girls. The boy’s hostel has started from last year and the girl’s hostel is about to be opened from this year. Both the hostels are well equipped and have around of 100+ rooms. The rooms are big enough. Single boarders, two, three and four seaters are allotted among the students. The food is descent and the mess hall is disciplined. Water facilities are intact and proper sanitation is maintained, especially the washrooms are well-maintained. The best thing about the hostel is the unity among the students.

There are four academic blocks for all the four departments. Along with this, our college has a library which issues books and other essential study materials for the students in need. A medical unit, canteens, placement cell, indoor games room and an outdoor games court are also available in the campus. There are different shops according to the needs of the students. The administrative block is where all the official academic work of the college is done. A scholarship cell is also present at our college. Water purifiers and dustbins are available in the campus.

Our campus life is very lively. It gets more alive during the annual fest of our college. The name of our annual tech fest is “Technisa”. It is celebrated moreover like a grand festival with different cultural nights, competitions, cultural rallies, tech programs and workshops which are very fun for the students. Different clubs are seen in the college like the tech club, women's club, NSS club, sports clubs, etc. There are various departmental clubs that are organised among all departments. Different festivals are also celebrated in the campus, which gives a homely feeling to the students.
