My Overall College Review

Overall Rating
D.E.I. is good in terms of courses offered and the quality of education provided. They have good faculty members that are from IITs and NITs. This institute does not have provisions for fests and other such related activities. If you are more into studies then you should definitely go to this college. Also, attendance is very mandatory in this college. If you are not regular in the college then you will not be able to submit assignments and give weekly tests.
 

Academics Rating
For the B.Tech course, you need to qualify for the JEE mains exam with good marks and must score 85+ in 12th, then only you will be able to get the branch you want to take. For admission, you have to fill the application form timely and should be well prepared for the interview as well. They will call you for the interview or you can see it on their portal. A day will be allotted to you and you have to be there timely. If you miss the interview, it may lead to your application getting rejected.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty members are very supportive. They provide you good quality education, where you can learn a lot from them. Most of the faculty members are from IITs and NITs and will share their experiences with you. Not only will they help you out in your studies but also give you life lessons that will be helpful throughout your life.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, our college does have a placement cell. Every year many companies visit our campus and students get a chance to interact with them. But they mainly focus on the 3rd and final year students as they are well experienced and skilled students and will be passing out soon.
 

Hostel Rating
D.E.I. also provides hostel facilities. You may get a single room or have 3-4 roommates in your room, it all depends. But each person is provided with their own almirah and bed. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are provided timely. After eating, you have to wash your dishes on your own. Students are not allowed to keep heaters or coolers in their rooms. This may be very challenging for some of the students as ACs are not provided in the rooms.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The campus consists of various labs and classrooms with projectors. The benches are good. Some buildings are very good while others are just average. Playgrounds and various other courts for games are available. Each department has its own library and in addition to that, there is one central library which can be accessed by anyone. Two separate canteens are there, one is for boys while the other is for girls.
 

Campus Rating
The overall campus life is average. Many tech competitions are organised, which you can easily participate in. But there are no such provision for clubs and fests in our college. But competitions are organised between different departments, so you can participate in these activities.

    Overall Rating
    D.E.I (Dayalbagh Educational Institute) is very famous for its rules and regulations. Ragging in D.E.I. is strictly prohibited and if students are seen doing so they will be rusticated. Studying in this college is very affordable and the standards of teaching are great. The students should be in proper uniform and discipline.     My course is B.Voc in which specialisation is AI and Robotics. Dayalbagh Educational Institution has provided the course of B.Voc which emphasizes on the skill development, which means more focus is on practical knowledge.     Dayalbagh Educational Institute Agra is deemed to be university. College campus is spread over the area of 80+ acres and offers more than 20 courses. College has good labs and good facilities for the students. College does not have high fee. College is funded by the Radhe Swami Trust and there is also a Centre for the Radhe Swami Organization in the college.
