The best girls college in South Kolkata

Overall Rating
Sivanath Sastri College is the best girl’s college in South Kolkata according to its studies, faculties and many more things. My experience in this college was good. Every teacher is of helping nature and is very friendly with their students.
 

Academics Rating
All of the faculty members of the college are well educated and well behaved. I have taken admission in B.Com Honors and had the best experience studying in this college. The course admission fee was 32000 for full course. You can also get scholarships like Swami Vivekananda Scholarship, National Portal Scholarship, Minority Scholarship, and more.
 

Faculty Rating
Teaching style of the faculties was modern and easy to understand. If you focus on studies in college then you will not need to join any additional tuition or coaching classes.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, Sivanath Sastri College provides placements to the student. Only semester 5 and semester 6 students are eligible for the placement. Some of the recruiters who visited college for the placements are TCS, Wipro, Mahindra Tech, etc. The highest package the companies are offering was 7 to 8 lakh per annum. Every year 70% of students get placement from the college.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Sivanath Sastri College’s infrastructure was very good and beautiful. The college campus includes canteen, ground, auditorium, library, and huge classrooms. The college campus has 5 floors. Proper hygiene is maintained in the college. A well stocked library is also present in the campus.
 

Campus Rating
Every batch was given freshers party and farewell party by the students. College gives full importance to all type of sports and extra curriculum activities. Any student can participate in the activities or any sports like chess, kabaddi, cricket, football, dancing competition, singing competition, etc.
