College review - Amity University

Overall Rating
My reason to choose this university was that it is number one private university in Madhya Pradesh. And it is one of the best colleges for law degree in Gwalior. My experience in the university is great with great faculty. I mostly like the infrastructure of the campus. Now its infrastructure is more developed as one new block is constructed recently.
 

Academics Rating
My course is B.A. LL.B (H) which is the best course offered by the university. Admission process includes filling of the form online then admission department will call you and help you in the admission process. Eligibility is average percentage in your 12th standard. University also provides on admission scholarship based on your performance in the 12th standard and scholarship will continue based on your performance in semester exam.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculty members in the university are very friendly, knowledgeable and highly Qualified with Ph.D. Faculty is very corporative and interactive with the students. The teaching methods involve class discussion and debates based on subjects. Faculty will also give you brief about the practical aspects of the subject.
 

Placement Rating
Yes we have placement cell in the university which helps students to get placed in best companies.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes university has hostel facilities.
 

Infrastructure Rating
University campus infrastructure is very good and beautiful with greenery all over the campus. University has four blocks A, B; C and D. E block is under construction. Library is in every block and the central library is in B block. All types of amenities are there in the university which also includes medical facilities.
 

Campus Rating
University has cafes to hang out with friends in the university itself. University organises a youth fest every year in February month which is named as Amicroma. Fest invites outsiders to participate in the university fest, games and many more.

    I have a mixed overall experience as in the initial days my experience was bad because the timings were pretty long it was just like a job with the 9 to 5 timings. Then after a few days, I became quite comfortable and happy and started enjoying my college life. You have so many extracurricular activities to do.     Overall it is a nice college with great campus life and with some pros and cons but overall it is good with not much restriction.
