Honest Review on ISBR Business School

Overall Rating
I chose this college because I was getting a good ROI on my investment as the average placement is 7-8 LPA. The location of this college is very good. The only problem is that this college doesn’t have a good infrastructure. The campus size is small and there's no space for doing grand events. But the faculties here are very knowledgeable and experienced.
 

Academics Rating
As I am doing PGDM from here, I can say that the faculties that have taught me are well qualified and have great exposure in their fields. This course focuses more on practical concepts and is mainly based on research papers, which is a very good thing. You will get a good amount of knowledge and expertise regarding various business problems and opportunities.
 

Faculty Rating
All the faculties are supportive and helpful. They'll provide you all the help you need in academics. Most of the faculties join this institution after getting plenty of experience from the industries. They are very keen about sharing their knowledge with the students. They teach using case studies which gives us a better understanding of the topics.
 

Placement Rating
The placement cell needs to be improved as a few well established companies come for recruitment, most of them are startups.
 

Hostel Rating
The hostel is not up to the mark. The college has tied up with Stanza Living to provide hostel facilities. But the rent they are charging is not worth it. So you better look for PGs.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure needs to be improved as the college is having a small campus. Therefore, the classrooms are quite congested. There is a small playing area on the rooftop and a cafeteria on the ground floor.
 

Campus Rating
The campus life is decent. As there’s not enough space for events, a few fests are conducted. The campus has a cafeteria, amphitheater is there and a ground where you can play cricket and football etc.

    ISBR was chosen as Christ had a tough criterion for admissions, and I didn't qualify for that. ISBR was referred to me by one of my friends who already studied International Business here.   • ISBR Business School, Bangalore is a good option for backbenchers

    I got my PGDM degree from ISBR Business School Bangalore. Our college is stationed in Times magazine for being in the best 100 universities for MBA in India. MBA was always on my mind, and going abroad was my initial plan, but as destiny would have wanted it, I had to Masters's in Bangalore. I wasn't a bright student, which led me to join ISBR, where admission criteria are minimal. Thus, you are one of those who need an MBA degree and a stable job, ISBR is not a bad option.   • ISBR gives more opportunities than many of the established B-Schools

    At ISBR, you will always have enough time to get in. Firstly, there is no Kannada culture here as every second individual here is from other parts of the country. I will confess that I came to know about this College during the final semester of my BBA. However, there were quite a few students, who said they have purposely come here.   • ISBR has some great potential
     

    Overall Rating
    I got my management diploma in health care management from ISBR Bangalore, it is affiliated with Bangalore University. This college has a ranking in Times magazine for being in the top 100 colleges for PGDM. I got my Bachelors in biotechnology from Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering, and I fell in love with the city which pushed me to get my PGDM here itself.   • ISBR is at par with all the top B-Schools of Bangalore except IIM of course

    I studied at ISBR Business School in Bangalore, and graduated in the year 2018. I pursued my MBA here. The minimum requirement to get admission here for the MBA program is to have graduated in any discipline and have at least a minimum aggregate mark of 50%.
