My views on GS Medical College

Overall Rating
After the NEET UG examination I secured 390 marks in which I had to choose a private medical college for my further education. After searching and visiting many colleges, I opted for GS Medical College, Hapur. This college has their own multi-specialty hospital. The college is a good option among private medical colleges. It is way better than many.
 

Academics Rating
One needs to be scoring more than 350 marks to get in this college in NEET UG. There are no reservation criteria in this college. This college is now GS University as it includes courses like Nursing, Ayurveda and MBBS. One needs to apply for Uttar Pradesh NEET counseling to get in this college.
 

Faculty Rating
The MBBS faculty of this college is great. Every professor and hod has an established background. The doctors who teach us have done their MD from colleges like AIIMS and MAMC. This college has one of the most reputed and respected teachers among the other Delhi NCR colleges. All of them are really helpful to you.
 

Placement Rating
No it doesn't have any placement cell.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes. There is hostel facility in this college. In fact hostels are compulsory to be taken. Most rooms are double and triple seater. The infrastructure of the hostels is decent enough to live. Mess food is decent. Many recreational activities are organised in this college. Many festivals are celebrated with good participation of students. There are gym and library facilities in hostel as well. The washrooms are good too.
 

Infrastructure Rating
In GS Medical College although the campus is not too big but the area covered is appropriate enough. The campus has lush green gardens. Academic blocks are well maintained. The college building as well the hostels is cleaned properly every day. The maintenance is quite good. It has two girls hostel, one boy’s hostel, and one hostel for PG residents.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life is one of the main reasons I opted for this college. Along with academics this college focuses on social life development as well. There is a fest arranged every year. All the festivals are celebrated here. Inter college sports tournament occurs here where students from different medical colleges join. the students also take part in fests that are organised in near colleges. It has a good environment overall.
