INSIGHT ABOUT KIIT

Overall Rating
KIIT is a very good college. It gives the exposures and opportunities students are looking for. Students get to flourish their skills in whatever field they are interested in as every kind of function, programs and projects are conducted here. As it is situated in Orissa so the location is also pretty good.
 

Academics Rating
For getting admission in KIIT you need to give its specific entrance exam known as KITEEE and according to percentile you are offered scholarships. And in boards you have to secure aggregate of 75% in PCM to be eligible for admission. For first year the course is pretty similar to other colleges. They start with basic subjects like Chemistry, Physics and Math. There are two exams in every semester that is mid semester and end semester with some quizzes in between.
 

Faculty Rating
So as in first year all the teachers are Ph.D holders from some prestigious colleges and they do teach very well. They will give proper notes and assignments to you and if you are interested in something extra or want to do some research they will surely guide you.
 

Placement Rating
Yes we do have a placement cell in our institute and they help us in every step. Group discussions are held regularly in which they guide us about how to appear for our interviews.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes there are residential facilities available with all sorts of facilities. There are many types of room AC, Non- A, 2 seater, 3 seater rooms and mess is also provided. Every hostel has gym, swimming pool, gaming area and garden library. Where you can connect with nature and study.
 

Infrastructure Rating
KIIT is known for its infrastructure. very branch has their own campus such as school of computer science, school of electronics, etc. A central library, gardens, food courts and every kind of lab is present in the college. For sports it has hockey stadium, cricket stadium, tracks etc.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life of KIIT is very entertaining and fun because something will be happening every time here as for clubs there is a management under which all the clubs are registered known as KSAC under which 29 societies are available for fashion, social service, animal welfare, coding, finance and many programs are held here for social service like Kritarth. As for fest it is really fun it is mostly held in month of February for 3 nights. 1st day is Suhana Safar 2nd day is BGM Night and 3rd day is Concert Night.

  • KIIT: Paramount Facilities to have a Dream College Life

    This institute is good. The fee is a bit higher than the other institutes. This still has some positives. For example, the institute provides a laptop to its each student. This laptop is of the latest model, and it's price is included in the fee.     A very good college with good faculty and wide campus. People are generous here. They will always find themselves involved with fests or sport or academics. It is a reputed college with thousands of opportunities in different fields of your choice. You won’t get a chance to feel left out or get bored. Social networking is also pretty easy and enjoyable.
