My overall experience at the college is very positive. It was the perfect place for me to grow my career through MBA after completing my B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. There were many reasons as to why I chose it. First of all, it lives up to its reputation as one of the best colleges in India to pursue your MBA. The campus life, placement facilities, college infrastructure, and the brand image are enough for any interested aspirant. The only downside about this college would be their high fee which was be around 25 Lakhs for me including the hostel costs.

You need to complete your Graduation from any reputed college and appear for CAT and clear the cutoff to be eligible for admission in this college. The cutoff for our batch was around 85 percentile. Then you’ll be shortlisted based on your CAT score, previous work experience, and State of Purpose. Once it’s done you’ll have to sit for an English proficiency test and a personal interview. The selection for the final admission will be done on the basis of all these things. Overall, the admission process can be quite challenging but to be able to study in one of the best colleges in India it is appropriate.

The faculties were very friendly and easy to approach and their teaching style is very good. They were always available to help students. Students could easily ask their doubts and get answers. Most of them were highly educated as expected and they helped us immensely in understanding how business works in real life and taught us many useful tips.

There is a placement cell available and its simply outstanding and one of the best just not in Manipal but also in India. The average package is almost around 15-16 LPA and the highest can go as high as up to 25 LPA. Various MNCs come here for recruitments and they hire students regularly. It’s simply the most attractive aspect of this college for me personally, that heavily influenced my decision to join this college.

The hostels are mandatory in this college and the fees are quite expensive since it’s around 10 Lakhs for the entire course. The facilities that are available are good like Wi-Fi, air conditioned rooms, washing machines, and large beds that was more than enough to justify its high cost. There were also study tables available.

The campus is big in size and its over 13000 square feet. Every department has its own separate buildings. The hostels take up to 5 blocks as well and there are gym, cafeteria, and auditorium in the college. The classrooms are also well equipped with modern technology and overall it’s great.

The campus life for this college is also amazing and many fests are conducted regularly like the annual B School fest Atharba. Sports activities are also heavily encouraged and the annual event named Speed is organised every year. Many student run clubs.
