I joined Guru Nanak Institute of Technology back in 2022 as a Computer Science and Engineering student. So far, the journey has been through ups and downs. I have made multiple great friends and have developed my network in this college. My seniors are very much inspiring, and I am inspired by them. Whenever I need an advice, I ask them. Overall, the campuses ragging free and seniors and juniors get along well.

The college has been credited with NAAC A+ certification, and also is NBA certified and AICTE approved. Many students publish research papers under the guidance of the professors. So overall, the academic experience is great.

The opinion about faculty is a little bit convoluted, some of the professors are great, and some of them are average, multiple professors in our college are IIT graduates themselves, and some of them are from Jadavpur University, so most of the faculty is knowledgeable, but there are few faculty members that have some deficiencies, but most of them are great.

Yes, our College does have a training and placement cell, it informs us about all the opportunities, and it also provides us with trainings, so yes, overall, it helps students with their jobs.

The campus is massive in the campus, there are probably more than four hostels, so the infrastructure is good, and there are multiple security guards on the gates.

The infrastructure is good. I will not say top notch, but it is maintained and changes are made in 3 to 4 years, the classrooms, all of them does not have ACs but all the labs at least in my department have ACs. I don't know the other labs. Probably they don't have ACs in the other departments, but comparatively the CSE department is more comfortable.

The greatest part about this college is the campus. It is so massive that I can't even explain inside the campus. There is a pond, three grounds one for cricket, one for football and one for volleyball and there is also a basketball court. The campus also has a rental hospital and buses for students. There are a lot of trees. and there are lot of dustbin so that people don't throw away trash carelessly, so I will say that it is well maintained, there are multiple cafeterias and there is also an Café in the campus, which opened not too long ago, there are multiple buildings in the campus like hostels, ATMs and there are a lot of parking areas, so I will say the campus life is great.
