An overview of Presidency University

Overall Rating
The University is situated in the core of the city Kolkata. That is famous for its heritage and culture. From Academy to Sports to Politics there is a perfect combination here
 

Academics Rating
Academics are the main thing here. A student who passes his +12 has to appear in the Entrance Exam held by WBJEE board. The University is famous among all other because of its continuity what it is doing from many years. Each subject and course has adequate professors who guide the students very well. A student who passes its graduation from here can get selected for the Masters due to Home quota if he does well in his academic.
 

Faculty Rating
It is maintaining its glory continuously. Most of the courses have adequate professors and they are so familiar to the students. We can easily access to the professors and they help us in every step. Professors took responsibility to complete the syllabus before any exam. So we are happy with the Faculties.
 

Hostel Rating
I do not stay in the hostel but I came to know from my friends that it is very cheap (low cost) and well decorated, student studying here can avail the hostel facility.
 

Infrastructure Rating
It is situated in the core of the city Kolkata. But then also there is enough space for the college there are 6 major building. These are separated for different courses, different official works and Library. There are two canteens also and the most beautiful place in the campus is its field present in the middle of the campus.
 

Campus Rating
There is a beautiful combination of education, sports and politics. Fests are organised often with different names and different themes. The name of the Fests is ISPAT and ICON. But the largest one is organised once in 3-4 years which us MILLIEU. West Bengal is famous for its culture and tradition so these fests are very important for us, where we find a perfect combination of Cultural activities along with sports and other things.

    Presidency University has a rich cultural heritage. Most of the departments are best among other universities in West Bengal.     Going to the Presidency University has been my dream since I was in school. This university is a historical place. There is a lot of significance here, even their food has its own importance attached to it. Going to this university has changed my life. I love every bit of my college life. The faculty members are highly qualified and really helpful. The students can reach out to them in case of any doubts.     Presidency University has been a place of pride and elegance of Kolkata since 1817, a flag bearer of educational revolution and social reformation.
