Journey of My B.Tech Career

Overall Rating
I chose this college for two main reasons First it offers better placements and is more affordable than other colleges. Second, I love this location, its natural surroundings and another thing is that this college is near to a mountain which I like the most and another thing that I forget to write is that there is a reserved forest named Mendhasala Reserved Forest.
 

Academics Rating
The course fee is 70000 rupees with additional 60000 rupees for the hostel. No specific entry level requirements are needed. Only you must appear in JEE mains exam. I am motivated due to the affordable fees compared to other colleges. Additionally, my uncle referred this college to me.
 

Faculty Rating
In this college only about 10 or11 teachers have been teaching for a long time. The other teachers are new. The experienced teachers know a lot because they have been teaching for a long time but the new teachers are just starting so they have less knowledge of teaching.
 

Placement Rating
Yes my college have placement cell. During placement times my college's placement cell invites different companies like Deloitte, TCS, Capgemini, Accenture, Tech Mahindra, and others. These companies visit the campus and conduct interviews and offer job opportunities to students.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes my college has hostel facilities for both boys and girls. They also provide facilities for proper food and security to the students. The hostels are within the campus but not close to the college buildings. Sometimes we have no electricity and water supply as there is a timing of water supply that is 6 to 9 in morning and 7 to 10 in night.
 

Infrastructure Rating
There are six main buildings in the campus. Three of these buildings are hostels where students stay and one is a canteen where we can eat food. There is also a cafeteria for snacks and another building of the college consists of classrooms, labs faculty offices and library etc.
 

Campus Rating
My college campus is a peaceful area with lots of trees and mountains. The hostel rooms are nice, but sometimes the lights, water, and internet stop working.

    If you want to do B.Tech on a low budget you can choose this college. Here, the teachers are really friendly. If you want to develop your own skills you have to study by yourself. The teachers are there to guide you. The institute has very calm and quiet places to study while viewing the greenery. The academic status of GIET is quite good.     I study at Gandhi Institute of Excellent Technocrats (GIET), which is near the Mendhasla Reserved Forest and close to Bhubaneswar city. The air here is clean, and there are lots of trees and peacocks here, making it a peaceful and healthy place to study. The campus has classrooms, labs, a big library, and comfortable hostels.     I study at Gandhi Institute of Excellent Technocrats. It is a big and modern campus. We have good teachers and many facilities. I learn new things and make friends. I join clubs and play sports.     At GIET, I learned a lot. The teachers were kind and helpful. I made many friends and had fun. Classes were hard but interesting. We did many projects and group work.
