Best Place to Balance Academics and Extracurricular Activities

Overall Rating
College is really great with academics because of excellent staff, best clubs, extracurricular activities, and people around you. You will definitely enjoy your academic period there without any feel of stress and boredom. I have developed my skills and learnt a lot till now through participating in events and fests.
 

Academics Rating
Course cut-off is quite high due to overwhelming demand for college. I myself got my name in the 4th list due to percentage of 83. Cutoff generally starts with 92% - 95%. But once you get the entry in the college, your life will be definitely be overwhelmed. It provides you various courses like B.Com, BBI, BMS, B.Voc, BFM, BAF, and BAMMC.
 

Faculty Rating
It has the best faculty with the best educational qualifications and good teaching experience. Teachers are very friendly and you will never feel bored learning from them and attending their lectures. They are always supportive to you throughout your academics. Their teaching style is really great and makes you understand every concept very easily.
 

Placement Rating
Yes. Companies like PwC, Deloitte, E&Y, J. P Morgan, ICICI, Colgate, and Unilever come to college for recruiting the best talent.
 

Hostel Rating
No.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Overall, the infrastructure is really good with availability of all facilities like IT lab, library, commerce lab, conference room, quadrangle, etc. It's a 5 storey building with well maintained classrooms with smart boards. Club activities keep taking place on the terrace and classrooms. It's located in Churchgate which gives you an amazing atmosphere and learning environment.
 

Campus Rating
Students from different parts of the country come to H.R College for their studies. Every year, the college has strength of 2000-2500 students. You will find very good clubs to enroll in and make college time exciting and develop skills. We have fests like Mystique, OFF-D-CUFF, and LitFest organised every year at an inter college level.

    To begin with my first experience was more than overwhelming. Sine I stay in Panvel and feeling the air of pretty girls, expensive cars and extremely rich kids was more than I could have imagined around me.     Well, I graduated from HR nearly 10 years back. I hope I remember all that I did at the college and how my life was there at the college. HR and Jai Hind College were quite identical as both the colleges had crowd from South Mumbai, a small but nice campus and Marine Drive at a walking distance from the college.     HR is one of the best colleges in Mumbai for commerce. Not just the college but the location of the college is great as well. The college is surrounded by various colleges and the whole road is buzzing with student’s right throughout the day.
