I got a seat in this college through APEAPCET rank. You can join in this college through APEAPCET and management quota. I got allotted this college based on my rank. The college has well equipped labs and classrooms which is the basic need for any institute. In addition to this, our college environment encourages all round development of the students through games and cultural events. Our college conducts many events and technical fests under bodies like ISTE and IEEE. We invite other colleges to participate and we conduct events like project expo to exhibit our projects.

I chose electronics and communication engineering as my career path. You need to get rank around 15k in APEAPCET to get in to this course. In the first two years you will learn about electronics and next year you will learn communication engineering. In final year, you will go for a full semester internship and a project. The main motto behind this is to train the students to be industry ready and gain some experience. ECE is an evergreen branch in engineering. It has so much scope in India when it comes to employability. We have many placements in core branches.

Our faculty is well experienced and almost 90% of the teachers completed their Ph.D from top colleges like IITs and NITs. Some of the teachers have worked in the industry and came here directly. The way of teaching is practical and deals with real time examples to explore the detailed knowledge in the subject. Faculties are friendly and clarify our doubts. They have good knowledge in their own domains.

Coming to our college placements, we have a separate team CDC (career development centre) in our college. Their only job is to deal with placements and internships. Our college has had 90% placements in last few years. But in this year due to layoffs and recession, the percentage has reduced.

Our college provides hostel facility for long distance students. The fee is very high and it's better to live in hostels outside college as they are affordable and equipped with good facilities. College hostel food is good and hygiene.

We have a total of 8 blocks in our college and another block is under construction. One block is allotted to one branch and some other blocks are there like library, auditorium, and canteen. Our college is surrounded by many trees and a completely green environment; wherever you go in the campus, it is fully covered with trees and has good maintenance.

Our campus life is full of happiness and enjoyment. We spend most of the time in the canteen and cafe than in the classrooms. We sit together on benches around the park and discuss almost all the topics. We have many clubs in our college like singing club, dancing club, and sports club for the all round development of the students. Our college conducts fests, technical events, and games. We have a lot of fun and excitement in the college and have made many memories in the campus.
