MUJ provides a great campus life to both students and faculties alike. Adorned with great architecture and a green environment filled with lush gardens, it is a treat to the eyes. However, not all that meets the eye is true. Manipal has a good reputation of having an enjoyable stay for students but does not promise a good future. The faculty is supportive but not always. The campus is surrounded by events and fests all year long. All degrees, from the promising ones to the creative ones are offered and opportunities are given if you stay active. It belongs to the list of one of the few universities that offer psychology.

The exam patterns keep changing and the syllabus is not uniform. One is prone to facing injustice in timetables due to the prioritising of engineering department by the university. Study materials are usually provided but rarely without constant reminders to the teachers. The content of the syllabus taught is bound to change which is a good sign of updated knowledge. However, this also creates difficulties to the students who study prior and prefer uniformity.

The faculty is supportive and provides opportunity notices. However, it would not be wrong to say that this process is mildly biased. Social skills are a must to survive the authoritative chain of teachers involved in lectures and grading. All professors hold a Ph.D in their respective fields and have good knowledge for the recent changes in the same.

The architecture is aesthetically pleasing, comfortable according to the changing weathers, and is spread in a wide space. The academic blocks are situated far away for the same reason and it becomes difficult to manage walking for classes in summers. Canteens and water coolers are situated at every other corner, the ventilation is appropriate for the climate and greenery adds to the beauty and comfort of it.

MUJ has a great reputation for a happening campus life. There are events and fests on the run all year long and the clubs are vibrant. There is not one dull night in the college and every club has its own annual and monthly events. The ranges are wide, from technology to cinema, music, literature, dance, mental health support, LGBTQ support groups, sports, and a lot more. The campus witnesses artists like Kabir Cafe, Darshan Raval, etc. in their fests.
