I would personally prefer this because being a government college, they have lesser fees, graduation will be completed in 30k, and it's also an evening college, so you can work as well as balance your studies, I am pursuing English honors and I would say the faculty is very good, they take proper offline and online classes whichever is required, the college ambience is also good.
