Overall Rating
The college is a good college with nice NIRF ranking and good placements. Students get good opportunities here and the infrastructure and college life is also good. I choose this college because I found it to be good in my budget and also the quality of studying environment provided here suites what a good engineering student wants.
 

Academics Rating
The college provides handsome numbers of course in various fields. I am from B.Tech background for which the college is mainly known for. Students are required to pass either JEE or CGET which are the exams required for admission into this college. Along with this you need to have a good score in your 10th and 12th for this course.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculties are well experienced and majority of them are passed out from major IITs, NITs or IIITs and some other colleges some are also from various international institutions. Their teaching techniques are well versed with the modern day standards and the quality of teaching is also well enough.
 

Placement Rating
Placement Cell is quite active. They provide enough training to the students so that they can get good placements. They actively bring out opportunities for students.
 

Hostel Rating
Hostel life is quite enjoyable. Facilities provided in the hostel are of good standards. The food of the mess is decent.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The college has a good infrastructure with all the departments having different blocks. The overall area of the college is more than 130 acres. Various sports arenas, swimming pools, gym, and other amenities are also available for students so that they can be both mentally and physically fit. The college has good infrastructural rating from my point of view.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life is fun. The campus is big enough hence not much crowded. The college provides many clubs for various curricular and extracurricular activities. Fests are organised on regular basis. Student involvement into all the activities are good. Everyone can enjoy their study period with a good environment.

    CGU Bhubaneswar has everything that is required to be called a good university. It has an exaggerating 110 acres of campus area, AC labs, Wi-Fi Campus, swimming pool, cricket, football Stadiums, Basketball court, Badminton court, etc. Faculties are average and restrictions in the university are minimum.
