Review of Priyadarshini College of Engineering, Nagpur

Overall Rating
Priyadarshini College of Engineering of Nagpur is overall good in my opinion. As it has some new courses such as artificial intelligence and data science, aeronautical engineering, biotechnology engineering, and artificial intelligence and robotics. Campus of college is about 72 acres which is quite big and green. It is now autonomous college.
 

Academics Rating
For joining the course you have qualified JEE Main or MHCET Exam with good percentile. I am first year students in artificial intelligence and data science branch. I am very curious about Artificial Intelligence and its application, how it works and how we can make it. In Maharashtra there only two to three colleges which have aeronautical engineering course.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculty is moderate in teaching. They are very polite towards students. There is A to X section in college, in each section there are 64 students. In each there are three groups divided and each group has one teacher for solving student’s problem. Attendance is not compulsory. It can manage if you have good contact with teacher.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, we have Placement Cell. But we don't have good placement in college. The average is nearly about 4 lakhs and only 10% students get it.
 

Hostel Rating
Hostel is very horrible. They are not maintained, very few students stay in college hostel.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Infrastructure is very good. We have separate building for first year students and separate building for each group of course (computer science, computer technology, and information technology), (artificial intelligence and data science and robotics), and (aeronautical engineering and electronics engineering).
 

Campus Rating
There are 1500 students in each year but there is one fest in college and it is taken just before semester exam. We have a campus near about 72 acres which is quite big and full of green plants. It is very peaceful and calm. Students are little bit aggressive in college.

  • My Outlook on Priyadarshini College of Engineering
     

    Overall Rating
    The college is excellent in terms of faculty, infrastructure, and college life for students. However, there is still need of development in some departments, which is under work at a very high pace. College also provides admission to rare branches like Chemical, Biotechnology, Aeronautical, etc. All round development of the student is the major goal of the college.... Read Full Review

    The college is pretty decent about all the things including campus, the faculty, and students everything is decent in the college. The admission of the college is based on MHT CET score. The fee of the college is Rs 120000 for the open category students and the fees is charged on the basis of category of student. The college recently got autonomous in 2023 under grade of A+....
