Overall Rating
My overall experience at the college is very nice with average rated campus and beautiful environment. I took admission in this college through West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination specifically known as WBJEE. After that I took part in counselling process and choose the best college in the West Bengal. Others should go for the same because it is very good in terms of academic and placements.
 

Academics Rating
The course duration is 4 years and entry requirements are WBJEE examination and counselling process. Eligibility is to give the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination specifically WBJEE examination and counselling. The main motive to enrol in this program is about good academics and well placement in the software companies.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculties are from the tier 1 colleges such as IITs, NITs, Jadavpur University, etc. They are well trained in the field of teaching. They are just awesome and chilled. Many of them are from the renowned IITs and NITs in M.Tech and ME degree. Their way of teaching is just excellent and far better than others college in West Bengal.
 

Placement Rating
The placement in our college is good. In this year it is around 70-80 % in our college and many big companies such as TCS, Cognizant, Wipro, etc. had come and hired students.
 

Hostel Rating
There is no such hostel for the college students but there are numerous private hostels in the surroundings area. One student can contact through this private hostels and live there with good food quality and free Wi-Fi.
 

Infrastructure Rating
There are 4 blocks in our college. Block A, Block B, Block C, and Block D. Block A is for the first year students and Block B and C for 2nd year students and Block D for BBA, MCA, and BCA students. There is a canteen for the students in the college and many street foods are available outside the college campus.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life is good. It will be chilling and refreshing with some fresh environment. There are numerous clubs in the college such as coding club, sports club, etc. Fests are mainly held in the month of April and month of October. There are also sports activities available.

    So at the time of WBJEE known as West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination my rank was about 26765. Now it's the time to choose the best college in all over the west Bengal. So after some heavy discussions with my parents, relatives and friends I decided to choose Meghnad Saha Institute of Technology popularly known as MSIT Kolkata which is situated very near to Ruby hospital.     I got this college by WBJEE counselling process and I am CSE student. The college is well just it has a lack of campus area. It has several classrooms many computer labs, a large library, canteen, and workshops. It has games room.     Institute is good; teachers are helpful in matter of practical but not in class. I'm from CSE department and it is far better than others colleges.
