Walchand Institute of Technology is an autonomous institute and one of the best college in the region. Institute offers 9 UG and 5 PG programs which are approved by AICTE. It is Jain minority College. If you are Jain you will get admission with low score. There also privilege to SC, ST, and other caste. If your father's income is less than 8 lakhs College fees are approx. 65 thousand else you have to pay approx. 1 lakh 10 thousand. And for SC ST college fees is approx. 20 thousand. This college is the best college located in Solapur district. And it ranks at 55th college in Maharashtra for engineering courses. The courses offered here are Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics and Telecommunication, Electronics and Computer Engineering, Mechanical, and Civil Engineering.
