Review of KIIT School of Computer Engineering, Bhubaneswar

Overall Rating
Absolutely great college, I was not sure at the beginning but after I joined this college I was surprised to see the management system and academic system were structured in a better way than I can imagine. The atmosphere here is little bit harsh to embrace since you can see many students in relationships but you have to embrace it and move in your direction you have decided. Many opportunities are provided and many contests are conducted every month so very challenging atmosphere here.
 

Academics Rating
For admission you have to score 75% or above are required for B.Tech degree and the academic here is introduced at the first of joining the hostel through induction program of three days. They will make you understand everything in this program. The academic is based on credit system in which each subject hold a credit and to score high SGPA you have to score high marks in these subjects.
 

Faculty Rating
Above 85% of faculty members are supportive, give grace marks in exams and also in internal marks. But some are strict in attendance and some are very sincere and strict in their respective subjects. Teachers are very polite and generous towards students and they give their best towards students and their responses towards them are incredible.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, we have Placement Cell in our college. The highest placement of our college is 52 LPA till date and companies like TCS, Infosys, Amazon, and Microsoft come for placement and some mass recruiters are also visiting for placement. You can also apply for internship off campus on your own.
 

Hostel Rating
There are two types of hostel in KIIT king palace (kp) and queen palace (qc) in KIIT. The in time in all hostels is 7 PM. The food in the mess is also average and there are special menu for occasion.
 

Infrastructure Rating
They have a great infrastructure and each branch has its own campus and each campus consists of faculty block, lab, and classrooms. All students attend classes in their respective campus and respective year. In first year all branch B.Tech classes are conducted in campus-17 in architecture building and after that each branch students attend classes in their respective building.
 

Campus Rating
Nice campus, clean, sanitized, and well maintained by the staff of KIIT. There are flowers blooming in a row and there are garden where we can meet and have break and can study. It has a beautiful campus and the people here are very lively and thus you enjoy the campus in KIIT. There are temples nearby so you can also visit them time to time.

    I am student of KIIT and I have enrolled in B.Tech CSE. Till date my experience with Institute has been fine. I chose this Institute because it has a very reputed image across the globe. The facilities of the Institute are mind blowing as everything is available. The chemistry lab of our college has all the chemicals and facilities including Air conditioner.     Well till now I am impressed with this college life style. I was not expecting that much first. I was preparing for JEE but did not manage to get any good colleges with good branch so I appeared for this examination and successful managed to get branch.     KIIT is one of the best private colleges in Odisha due to its infrastructure and education model. The infrastructure here is pretty good. It consists of several campuses scattered around. Now, the reason that made me choose this particular institute was the diversity and interconnectivity within the course model. It provides various courses along with computer science.     This institute provides good placements among all other private colleges. The greenery over here is awesome. The faulty members and all staff members are very kind and good in nature.     This institute is the best in many ways. The college campus is very beautiful and placement wise this college is the best. Central library of the institute is the best thing and there is a garden library which is outstanding. Teachers and staff members are very supportive.
