College Review Of ICFAI University, Tripura

Overall Rating
Firstly, the institute is within the state and its among one of the best university in the state. It's easy for me travelling back home when ever it's reliable. And the Admission process in the university is very easy with very few questions from the interviewer. The Faculty and education qualification of the faculties are also top notch in the state.
 

Academics Rating
The course that I am taking is specifically of B.Tech Civil Engineering Lateral Entry. The requirements are just of 45% minimum marks and the requirements are simple with a simple form fill up for admission and the professor interview. To enter campus one must wear students ID.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculty are really good irrespective of their Department. However, I would specifically like to describe the faculties of my Department of Civil Engineering. The teachers are really good and qualified enough to teach many students in the college. They help students regardless of how tired they themselves are.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, we have placement Cells in the institute. They look after the capable and skilled students who can fulfil the needs of the company that will come to The Institute. They have already shortlisted the names of students Yet there are many who also get placed through the institute placements. They have already trained beforehand students for skills.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, The institute has hostel facilities For both the Students and faculties. The hostel is within the campus and a very short distance from the main building of the college. The institute has two separate buildings for both boys and girls students. Also, facilities for the lectures are within the campus. The recreational activities in the hostel depend upon the students what they want to do in their free time.
 

Infrastructure Rating
There are many blocks within the campus that are academic blocks or academic buildings in which the lower half is for Labs and the Admission Department working with students. The institute also has a building where there's a small infirmary, library blocks, and many food restaurants within the campus.
 

Campus Rating
There are two major events in the institute that is the icaria held between the month of Jan and Feb. novatos held between months of October and November. The other major events are The icthanol or the sports event of the institute conducted annually. There are also drama clubs and singing clubs at the University. NCC cadets and the biggest institute with the highest crowds.

    As an engineering student I would like to say it's quite good to do the engineering course in the ICFAI University. Here they have got all the equipment which the students need for their practical classes and it's helpful for the students to know through the practical basics.
