Overall Rating
Deenbandhu Chhotu Ram University of Science and Technology (DCRUST) is situated at Murthal (Sonipat), Haryana. Distance from bus stand is 5KM and nearest railway station is 11KM away. In university, there is many sports grounds. Main sports grounds are Basketball, Cricket, Volleyball, etc. In campus gym and shopping complex is there.
 

Academics Rating
If you want to take admission in Deenbandhu Chhotu Ram University of Science and Technology (DCRUDT). You have to clear 12th board exam. If you get good marks in 12th you can take admission directly, also you can take admission through JEE exam. You will get department according to your JEE rank. Good university in Haryana.
 

Faculty Rating
There are lot of teachers. Most of them are Ph.D holders and they teach well but they are arrogant. Teachers don't listen to students many times and prove students wrong. They give a lot of assignments and don't even bother to check them. During the answer sheet evaluation they give good marks overall there is a lenient marking.
 

Placement Rating
The placement here is good for CSE students.
 

Hostel Rating
Hostel here is good overall. Food is good, rooms are small. But if you have a single room then you can enjoy the facilities.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The College is spread over a large area and the buildings are good. The facilities like the classrooms are well equipped with microphone, camera, speakers, smartboards, the printers, and scanners also there. We have a 3D printer that can print awesome things. The library is well equipped.
 

Campus Rating
The campus is lush green and here approx. size of campus is 278 acres. Clubs are there and societies are there like goonj, e-cell, thinkboats, sunshine, and many more for personality development. Fests are engaging as they provide you with an opportunity to meet other people of different thoughts processes and mindset. At the end you must come here to attend the college but here attended policy is strict.

  • The college can be considered for admission for top 2 branches ( cse and ece)

    I have taken admission in this college by HSETES counseling last year. This college suits my personality as it provides me ample of time to discover the new discoveries. There is no strict attendance criteria for my branch and additionally there are various public holidays and weekends. This makes this college a place for the student who wants to take preparation of different government examinations.     The reason why I chose this particular university is because its fees structure is quite affordable, also it is a government university. It has good faculty and good facilities like huge lavish library, sports facilities, labs, etc. It provides hostel facility and food at an affordable cost.     The college is not good but the cons and pros differ from individual to individual. If you talk about it in a slightly balanced way as it is under the Govt. of Haryana and funded by Govt. But the management here is not good. The college doesn't provide good opportunities for placement. Because the top tech brands don't come here.... Read Full Review
