The best things about this university are all the faculties are so good and helpful. I choose this university because the subject I wanted to learn is available in this university and the university is well renowned. Others should go for this university because the education system is good and others facilities are also good here.

Presently I am pursuing Geospatial Science in this university. The entry requirements for this course are only that the student must have BSC degree in graduation level (Geography, Math, Physics, Chemistry Biology and many more). The eligibility depends on the marks of graduation and higher secondary. One should enroll in this program because the job opportunity is very high in this domain on the present context.

The faculty members who are teaching our course are so good and helpful. They all are from renowned universities. Some of them also from the Burdwan university. In current time our department does not have any Geospatial Specialized faculty, everything is done by the faculty from the other department like basic part is done by faculty from Geography, Math part from Math department, Physics part from Physics department, Coding from Computer Science department and that way. All of them are specialized on their respective domain and their teaching style is also good to understand everything.

As our department is very new our senior didn’t get any placement from the university but from this year university conducted a placement program for our department. And I think will help the students in acquiring jobs.

Our university has hostel facilities but I didn’t get that facilities so don’t have any detailed information about hostel.

In our university every old department have their own department building, but for the new domains, university builds composite building. Like our department is also placed in the composite building. University is also making new buildings for new subjects. The university campus is so good because of lot of trees and greenery is maintained very well here. University also provides low cost good food for the students in canteen.

I have a very good experience in campus life. Till now I don’t face any disturbance, everyone do their own work. University has a good ambience for study and enjoyment. University has also arranged many sports programmed. As we are the freshers in university we got freshers welcome from our department and also from the university’s student union. University also arranges fest program in the month of June-July.
