Overall Rating
The reason for taking admission in Chandigarh university MBA is that I wanted to deepen my concepts that I learnt in B.Com. My decision has been proven good in terms of concepts which I learnt here. I have got so many opportunities to take part in management competitions and extra co-curricular activities. I think getting a placement in Aditya Birla Fashion and retail packages has been a dream comes true.
 

Academics Rating
I took admission in MBA and the basic requirement is bachelor degree and I am B.Com passed out. There was a mandatory test called CUCET - an entrance test which also helped me to grab 50% scholarship in my semester fee. My motive was to gain more knowledge so that I can deepen my business knowledge to a good extent.
 

Faculty Rating
There is Dr. Ritu mam in my MBA department who used to teach me in my first semester. She used to teach me financial reporting and analysis. That was a great experience. The doubts that I got cleared in her classes were really marvelous. I got to know new financial concepts. She is Ph.D in financial management and I can say that she has made my base in MBA.
 

Placement Rating
There is a Placement Cell in Chandigarh University that has helped me a lot to secure a job.
 

Hostel Rating
Hostel is there in university but I do not live there. Although my friends live there and they tell the infrastructure is good.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Chandigarh University excels in this field. My own academic block is situated in the south campus of the university. It has number of academic buildings and collectively called d-block. It has smart classrooms, auditoriums, seminar halls, lecture halls, and parks surrounding the building. Architecture is so beautiful here.
 

Campus Rating
There is good campus crowd in Chandigarh University. We can see almost all kinds of student right here, be it national or international. Vibrant campus life of Chandigarh University has given me exposure and confidence to talk with different kinds of people. There have been a good amount events that regularly take place.

    Here, campus life is too good for students. They organize many events for the students’ development. There is a balance between studies and co-curricular activities. Clarity of concepts is given by the faculties by which they stand out from others. Also, the teachers have a good teaching experience.     I found this university good. I won't say it is the best university to study in but yeah it is worth studying if you aren't able to get admission in any NLU or any other better law college. Our department, I will say is the best department of the university. We have learned a lot of things from the university so far. We were welcomed by a grand event which was international law conference and our Law minister Mr. Arjun Ram Meghwal was the chief guest that day. They had also invited many other Su...     Overall, Chandigarh University is one of the best universities in India in the aspect of infrastructure, campus, co-curricular activities, sports, on-campus placements, hostel facilities, faculty, academics, etc. I choose Chandigarh University because of its good reputation for on-campus placements and academics.     Overall Rating
    So first you can't compare this university to any other government colleges such as NIT or IIT. But if you are not getting government college then you can choose this university. My suggestion is to you if you are getting admission in this university then try to at least get 30% scholarship through CUCET which is not so hard only basic of 11 and 12 class then this university worth you....
